It is easy to understand the gun grabbers knowledge of weapons. Just watch TV.

You can almost pull the trigger as fast as a bump stock and you would be more accurate doing so.

I’ve noticed that they are especially scared of black rifles, imagine that. Bunch of racists!

They certainly make a living out of distorting our Constitution and our legal community seems to interpret our Constitution based on agenda, not logic. Shall not infringe leaves very little room for debate and the 2nd Amendment is the only right that uses such firm language.

Correct. As proven years ago, many LWers believe the Constitution is a "living document" which must be rewritten to fit the times. You know, like gun confiscation, Socialism and authoritarian government.

Well first you would need to define what an assault weapon is which currently there is no agreed upon definition. Next you can defend this action as to how it does not infringe on a citizens 2nd amendment right.

    So go.

Agreed. To successfully play the game, one must know the rules. I'll await the gun grabber's on the rules for infringement of our rights so I know how to successfully play the game.

No you are correct. The Demos had one before. After it expired the data didn't support what the left was saying.

Feinstein has been around the block on this a few times. So for her to use those exact words, weapons of war. Is intentional.

Would closing down all the polling stations in areas with high Black populations, moving them 50 miles away, having the hours of operating be 2:47 pm to 3:05 pm, requiring a 3 day background check waiting period to get your ballot, and only allowing you to vote for one thing per 30 day period be an infringement of any rights?

By your logic the answer is no.

Well, this is how the dems operate, isn't it? What they are in reality has been revealed in spades, especially last year with the banana republic actions of the DNC, bought off by hillary diane rodham clinton. And they continue to lie, cheat and steal, even as their voters are incapable of even noticing what they are a part of. Or if they notice, their hyper tribalism makes them not care, and perhaps even applaud the lying, the cheating and the stealing.

But there is a growing number of dems who are sickened by what the democrat party has become. And it will raise its head from here on out, creating even more problems for this disconnected from reality political party. IMO

You'd have the same effectiveness from the aforementioned flaming box of ammunition. And you'd catch fewer criminal charges.

Limiting newspaper ownership, limiting persuasive and misleading language, limiting how often you can buy a printing press, requiring polite speech courses, are not infringements on the 1st amendment.

The test is the same: strict scrutiny. With whatever liberalism you interpret the 2nd the court must also interpret the 1st.

That scares me, especially with Trump in office.

Anytime Americans allow an erosion of rights, they open the door for some other asshat of the opposing party to do the same.

Given the number of no-knock raids/search warrants carried out with little actual evidence and often at the WRONG ADDRESS, yes, I do have a problem with it.

Yes, they are. I am all for thorough background checks for all purchases, even private sales. The technology is there and it is cheap.

I am most definitely for 100% enforcement of existing laws(with the exeption of unconstitutional laws in states like NY and CA) and to the fullest extent.

I will never accept any more restrictions applied to those who are legal and law abiding.

    No it doesn't.

You want to have this conversation, you need to start with repealing the 2nd Amendment.
