Florida man labels boat ‘TRUMP’ after blocked from flying Trump flag on dock

I never said it had anything to do with the boat, a poster brought up civil war which led to me asking what the flag of the civil war had to do with some of the armed protests that are supported mostly by trump supporters — when a poster made excuses I used hyperbole to ask if they would understand the outrage if the flag was of a more extreme nature — at which point you entered with your typical excuses and personal remarks.

You keep editing down my sentence, why is that? I specifically said; “I grew up in the deep south and reside in the south” followed by your quoted remarks” — of course it is from my personal experience regarding people I have met or am related to.

I do not surmise to know the personal inner workings of people I have never met which is why I prefaced it with where I lived, who I have encountered and then followed up with the word usually. It is assumption based on their actions and words.

Are your personal experiences different?
Do you know people that fly the flag, that are proud of the events of the confederacy?

 

If you cannot see the difference between liking a tv show that contained the flag and flying one at an armed protest threatening the governor, that has nothing to do with the south then I doubt you are being objective.
Maybe it is another issue though.

Fair enough. I live in Los Angeles, so I can only tell you my experience with people that display Obama/Hillary/Biden stickers. They don't use turn signals.

Point being these armed right wing protesters can have a non violent protest. The left on the other hand not so much.

 

I have seen numerous left wing protesters do so without violence and numerous right wing protests do so with violence. So that narrative isn’t much more than a view though a partisan lens.

 

I believe that is a universal issue in the States — from Tennessee to Texas to Washington state. Virginia is by far the worst in my experience.

I lived in LA and San Jose for a little over a year for work — your drivers are scary and the traffic in some parts are unbearable.

 

South Dakota is another doozie. Turn signals, cruise control, passing lane management, maintain a safe minimal speed, not required. Road rage should not be an issue when driving thru a state with such a small population.
