    have learned that a confidential White House memorandum, which is in the special counsel’s possession, explicitly states that when Trump pressured Comey he had just been told by two of his top aides—his then chief of staff Reince Priebus and his White House counsel Don McGahn—that Flynn was under criminal investigation......snip~



    Okay, but again Comey testified he wasn't pressured. So whos conclusion is it that thinks Comey was pressured?

    And we know that Comey's memo's also contain Trump encouraging Comey to locate any Russian linked issues, as well as Comey, McCabe, and Rosenstein all saying under oath that their investigation had never been obstructed.

    They have nothing.

    They're just bloviating.

    You are arguing about who Trump can't fire at the FBI.................since the Director is the only person Trump has fired you seem to be arguing Trump can't fire Comey, or you are really confused.

    I wasn't arguing anything about who Trump could or couldn't fire. I was responding to Grok who stated (falsely) that Trump could fire the 'Whole DOJ'.

    Helps to get the context of the argument first.....

    You need to face reality. Russia has been and continues to be a hostile power actively interfering in our politics through sustained, organized efforts that have also included hacking and dumping of information. Those concerned about how Mueller's investigation might affect the midterms would do well to remember that Russia made every effort to affect the 2016 election by dumping hacked DNC emails and such very close to that election.

    Obstruction obviously is going somewhere, too, no matter how much you stop your ears and sing.

    How so? You do realize there is a difference between the 'Head' of the FBI, and the general rank and file right? Trump can hire and fire the 'head' of the FBI at his leisure. He can't hire and fire the rank and file in the same manner.

    How is this confusing to you?

    Um, you claimed you were not arguing who Trump could and could not fire............then argued Grok was wrong for saying who Trump could fire.
