I really think you guys should give Gilos a break, he is a reasonable israeli for the most part. Im aware he wanted a ground invasion the other week but really he doesnt want another Gaza 2008.

I suggest you simply ask him what he really thinks.

 

He DEMANDED it, and he is a reservist, and he did so without even having any of the facts.

If he had got his way, you would have seen more women and kids murdered by the IDF.

Well, for one thing, I am sure he is able to speak for himself, and for another, I'm afraid when someone cries out for yet more groundtroops, possibly which would have led to something akin to 2008, I am happy to discuss whatever, but no, I feel no connection with that, at all.

There are those that have refused to serve in the Israeli military, you know, they said they would defend it against an actual invasion, but beyond that, they consider what their own state to have engaged in, to be war crimes.

I would like to hear from one like that.

But we never do, just as we rarely hear from an Israeli Arab.
