    How do you think they kept them under wraps until now? Is it just more scrutiny because of the Capitol riot investigation?

    Also, this also begs the question what biases did he employ for previous SCOTUS cases?

    I don't like him. Never have. He had a lot of nerve to say the leak of the R v. W decision has eroded trust in the SCOTUS. /smdh

    If you KNOW it is false but then they did not report crimes to law enforcement, they were calling for an investigation into what they believed, rightly or wrongly, were voting irregularities. Just as the Dems do routinely. Have you listened to Stacy Abrams?

    You'd have to be more specific. I don't know of anything "illegal" that they called for. I don't know that sending an unofficial form to the National Archives is against the law nor that they ever expected the NA to accept them as the official documents and that it was no more that a political statement for them to do so. No I don't think a campaign or others should do that and waste our time, but illegal................that's another question.

    BTW, I hope you're not one of the "lock her up" horde. The same can be said about Hillary, and then some, as she didn't actually COMMIT a crime.

    Well, one federal judge has already said Trump's advocacy for interrupting an official act of Congress (Biden's certification) was very likely illegal. Eastman's memo violated the Electoral Count Act.

    I wish I had a dollar for every time a member of The Following, instead of offering a defense for unethical-immoral-illegal-despicable-unpatriotic-antidemocratic behavior.........or matters under investigation, chirped about there being a lack of convictions. As though the bar for acceptable behavior is so low only criminality matters.
