Glenn Beck calls Cliven Bundy "unhinged" on his show today-

leek, I just enjoy the fact that their hero (Bundy) has now been exposed as a racist....and EVEN the Far Right like Beck, Rand Paul, Dean Heller...have to denounce him and distance themselves from him and offer no excuses for Bundy.

One thing should frighten them though....what about the NEXT "posterboy for the Right"?, the "next Cliven Bundy" they hitch their wagon to and call a "great American" and "representative of conservatism"?

And what THAT guy might "accidentally" let slip out???

 

Bundy said nothing racist.

 

Should be fun to watch. And I love how no one here will say anything against Bundy, they can only just attack you for bringing it up.

I quit listening to anything Beck had to say a long time ago precisely because I thought HE had become unhinged. So the irony here, for me at least, is sublime.

And, really, if someone's personality, as in Bundy's case, can make someone change their mind on a larger political issue, then I'd say you don't have your mind right.

Beck's a loon and Bundy could never aspire to be as unhinged as Beck has already shown himself to be.

I have to agree with a lot of what Beck says on this one. Look, Bundy is no "straight shooter". The guy is not someone to look up to and he cause is not helped by his actions.

I am against the Federal Government showing up with guns, attack dogs, etc.... to collect a fine/debt. That is authoritarian.
I am against the BLM having guys with guns and attack dogs in the first place.
I am against the Federal Government owning 84.5% of Nevada and most of the Western States lands.
I am against the Federal Government spending $6-7 Million dollars on a $200,000 grazing fine.
I am against the Federal Government killing Bundy's herd.

Am I a Bundy supporter? Not 100%... am I against what the Federal Government is doing as an authoritarian fascist state? Yes.

 

Between Bundy and the Obama government goons which is more likely to show up at your door with guns and attack dogs?

 

But with your own eyes you can't see the very obvious fact that BH Obama and Holder are racists?? You can't see a spark of truth in the notion that the Black family is in trouble and causing our whole society trouble as well??

Do you think that the Black family is better off today than the Black family was in the 1950s??

I agree. I don't care how crazy old Bundy is or if he owes the feds tons of money they don't have the right to show up armed like a swat team. File as lean on his ass and if they want to arrest him do it on the road as he drives into town.

I don't know if Bundy is crazy or not but I do know that the BLM has no business with a swat team and no federal agency has any business attacking a poor "unhinged" citizen unless he is an immediate danger to others.

 

I agree... if I am forced to pick a side it's Bundy.

The Federal Government is totally out of control.

That's because unlike Democrats......not ALL conservatives think alike.

 

A good percentage of conservatives have disaproved of Bundy from the beginning. It would be the libertarians and anarchists that are more closely identifying with Bundy's position, with a few conservatives with libertarian leanings supporting the lawless actions of Bundy. I believe Beck is correct in correct in calling Bundy "unhinged" based upon the on-site behavior of the protestors and the disjointed interview rantings.

 

Saner than the hysterical leadership in your party, too.

I assume you are consistent in your logic and also condemn the ACLU for standing up for the perceived rights of groups like the American Nazi Party.

Showing the total fallacy of your logic. Just because a person takes the position that the government is over-stepping its bounds does not mean you support everything the person stands for. Just as with the ACLU scenario.
