They could even do a partial birth sterilization. As long as the head is still stuck in the woman's (*)(*)(*)(*)(*), the fetus is not accorded any rights yet (at least that's what many pro-choicers say). So they could perform a sterilization procedure on the fetus's body that is dangling outside.

 

Planned Parenthood is all about family planning. Abortion is only 3% of its services, and many Planned Parenthood clinics don't even provide abortions.
