Hakeem and his faction learned decades ago that once they've "got Whitey on the run", all they have to do is be forceful and persistent and eventually they'll be able to get anything they want. Through the years they went from getting full equality-before-the-law (which every American citizen richly DESERVES) to "affirmative action", set-aside-for-minority-only government contracts involving many millions of dollars, racial hiring quotas for many government jobs, etc., etc. Indeed, "White guilt" is a powerful tool in the right hands....
