LOL!!! So he can declassify what supports his BS, but he won't request any judge to release the Mueller report THAT HE CLAIMS EXONERATES HIM!!! If the Mueller report cleared him, he would be all over it, demanding the court release it. So why is he hiding it as best he can instead? Never mind. It's obvious.

Mueller used a variety of tools in his job.
    1. Professionals working for the FBI on temporary assignment
    2. Vast amounts of materials submitted to him by Team Trump.
    3. A Grand jury met in secret. But Mueller summed up their findings for AG Barr. Barr is the sole official eligible to view grand jury testimony.
    4. Mueller worked for Barr. Not the other way around.
We would know of crimes had they been committed.

This is so plain. As plain to me as when your side kept defending Obama when team obama refused to show up to testify.

Congress has several years of sworn testimony.

None makes Trump out to be a criminal.

Comey and Lynch are both lying scum and both deserve prison. In this case, though, I think I believe Comey's story. We all know Obama desperately wanted Hills cleared because he needed her to fulfill his legacy. Lynch wanted desperately to be the AG in Hills' administration. She met with Bill in that famous tarmac meeting, and probably reassured him. I could certainly see her telling Comey not to use the word "investigation." But When all is said and done, they ALL need some prison time for their roles in all this, i REALLY want to see them handcuff Brennan and take him away...but then there's Comey, McCabe, Baker, Strzok, Page, Orr and his wife, Clapper, Lynch, Rice, Powers, and anyone else who played any part in this including Steele...there are just sooo many corrupt Obama people. BTW how much did HE know? I bet A LOT!

Why should he request the Judge? He doesn't care. Why don't the Dems? What's been released clearly clears him...hence why no recommendation of charges. If the Dems think it doesn't...why haven't they filed any motion?

How's he hiding it? Why aren't the Dems taking the steps to attempt to get it released?

If he committed a crime, MUELLER would have been all over it. Why wasn't Trump indicted? Because he did not DO anything----OBAMA did...Democrats should get that into their tiny brains...

Par for the course, when Democrats said the Mueller Report was honest and its findings would be accepted by Democrats, they lied. Again.

They are claiming Mueller can't indict Trump. But he sure could do what Ken Starr did and point out the crimes.

Starr issued a brilliant report on the Clinton crimes.

Why do you ask? I didn't say you were sorry.

Current assertions of obstruction and money laundering. You don't know about it, huh?

LOL!!!! And yet Trump, his congressional lackeys, his supporters, and you ALL do anything you can to prevent the facts from being known as you all work diligently to hide and deny them. If he were innocent you would all be rushing to get all the facts out, but the truth is that you all secretly fear, -and some probably know, -that he is so filthy guilty that if he were a civilian he would probably be in prison for life.

So, left-wingers. Which one is the liar? Lynch or Comey?

Come on. You can do it.

That is what prompted Barr to say that the answers he has been hearing do not stack up with each other. So it possible that Comey lies about Lynch, then lies about himself, in other words, no one is telling the truth. So we put them under oath and start tossing the liars in jail; Cohen wants some company.

I thought the New York Times already told the MSM that a president can indeed have been charged by Mueller.

Yes, You Can Indict the President - New York Times

A Justice Department Office of Legal Counsel (OLC), opinion says sitting presidents cannot be indicted. Barr says Mueller told him he wouldn’t have recommended indicting the president even without that opinion from the OLC.

Barr said in testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee on May 1st, that Mueller told him that there may come a time when the Justice Department should consider revisiting that OLC opinion, but that this is not that case.

During a House hearing, Barr says he spoke to Robert Mueller after he had submitted his summary, "I called Bob and said, you know, what’s the issue here? And I asked him if he was suggesting that the March 24th letter was inaccurate. And he said no" "He was very clear with me that he was not suggesting that we had misrepresented his report.”

The NYT can not tell DOJ what to do when it comes to indictment.

Not to worry, EyesWideOpen, Trump is looking forward to being tried by the next administration.

    The truth is out there!

P.S. Mueller's report has been released and it's available to be read by anyone who chooses.

And it would seem to be ambiguous as hell. As regards obstruction and states categorically that there was no collusion and please note for collusion to be illegal it must be knowing.

    Not the NYT, this guy.

Walter Dellinger was an assistant attorney general and the head of the Office of Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice from 1993 to 1996 and was acting solicitor general from 1996 to 1997.

And he is right. Mueller chose to obey the OLC guideline but it is only that. It isn't a legal prohibition, it's the OLC opinion.
