Sorry but that is your claim and in no way is a reply to my actual question/comments. I felt for a fact you started taking things personally.

Good, then you don't need government, the physicians will do it of their own free will.

And a lot more people "need" food than "need" medical care.

and there is the force to give you something for free, unless of course you are volunteering to pay the highest tax rates.
But everyone knows you aren't doing that

Why not? More likely than not, someone "profited" off of what got them into their situation (cigarette makers, fattening food producers, etc.) On the other hand, most medical care is due to peoples' voluntary lifestyle choices, and why should anyone else be on the hook for that?

No one gives anything for free. The government pays for it thru taxes

I think the right "to" something, and the right to have someone else pay for it are two different issues. I have the right to walk into a restaurant and order a meal. I don't have the right to demand someone else pay for it. Even though "food" is necessary for life.

Unless the government decides to opt with socialized medicine in which case I believe it would be covered through taxes it would make it constitutional.

But if I convince enough people to join me in fighting for that right we can have it made into law

Then logically, we should demand a say in other peoples' lifestyle choices, since that affects what we are forced to pay for. How does that fit into a country that was founded on the basis of liberty?

you have the right to buy all the healthcare you can afford but you don't have the right to assume others should subsidize it for you. despite John Roberts "I want to be seen as clever" nonsense, the commerce clause doesn't allow federal health care (five justices essentially held that-Roberts determined it was permutable under the taxing authority but rejected the four left-wingers' CC argument)

Demand whatever you like. The liberty of the people will be defined by what they demand of their government

So do you always condone bullying, or only when a large enough group of people do it?
