Clinton raised it for about two seconds then got decent. Trump knew it was a lie and rode the racist crap all the way to the Presidency. No comparison.

 

Obama was the first Birther, the Hillary campaign was the second.

Trump whipped Hillary because she's incompetent crooked Drunk, too dumb to know what States she needed to win, and no one really liked her.

Dems do owe her the nomination in 2020 though. It's her turn!

 

How was Obama the first birther? And yes Hillary was a pathetic candidate, although more people did vote for her than Trump, which has no bearing on the fact that Trump did use the birther lie to appeal to the racist element that still supports him.
