A distraction pre established in 2014 when congress inadvertently discovered Hillary's emails? The fact that the State Dept. has obstructed for years accounts for the zombie-esque investigations. State Dept,. attorneys are under NO obligation to continue concealing, lying and obstructing cases that provide these "distractions". :;):

Yes, but it won't be pushed. Although she hasn't got the same sort of blanket protection across the board as -- say -- the corrupt to the core Barack Obama enjoyed for eight years, she is still one of the Dem Party politicians that the DNC and others will go to the wall to defend in regards to the consequences for her many KNOWN crimes. That's just the way it is; and so while this will discomfort her it will not bring about her well deserved and final legal downfall. It won't be ALLOWED to do that.

I am sure this investigation will be like the last investigation which came about because the investigation before that didn't find anything...wasted time and money just like the Benghazi fiasco. It is well past time to move on from this stupidity, HillBill is not worth the time or money.

Oh bravo! Well played. You've only officially been a leftist for two years but you have got all their propaganda style bullet points down pat -- gasp! -- just as if you really have been a leftist from the get go and were only playing at being Right of Center for all those years . . . just like a few others on this forums system.

Really? Why did FBI director James Comey assign the FBI's top investigators to examine Hillary's emails / server? Why did Director Comey re-open the investigation? Why would the FBI grant immunity from criminal prosecution if no crimes had been, or could be established? Had Comey simply presented the flimsy(?) evidence to a grand jury, Hillary would have been officially exonerated right? McCabe had the exact same opportunity. What's Rosenstein's position? This can all be settled pretty quickly with a GJ "no bill".

Yeah...it's funny but when the right moves so far and you stand still....you begin standing left of where you were. The "Right" is now so far into Trumpland I can no longer even see it.

I get it, you don't care.

However, it's really important for the Nation to learn, if possible, how corrupt the NDP is, and how completely corrupt their "almost" President is.

That's an important consideration going forward.

And I think that explains why people are afraid such an investigation will take place.

I recall it. I consider it a classic rant from a LONG TERM leftist who finally exited the political closet. I ate popcorn while reading that thread. It was . . . a . . . hoot.

"Federal Judge Orders Hillary Clinton To Answer Long-Evaded Questions About Her Secret Server"

First, history is not with us. She will delay, stonewall and finally lie. We'll know she is lying, the folk asking the questions will know she is lying and everyone reading the answers will know she is lying...

And nothing will be done about the lies

She is a Clinton. The law does not apply

I would be very pleased to see Trump forced out of office. Named in a Federal indictment, shown to be sucking up those "emoluments", committer of various campaign finance law violations at a felony level, serial abuser of Cheetos and Grecian Formula For Men ... whatever it takes to get that uber narcissist con artist man-child the heck out of my White House.

But yes, Clinton's email problem should not be over. The lightest of reasons is purely vengeful. So long as she keeps her destructive, incompetent hand in politics she is an unwitting aid to Trump.

There is a much more important reason than just being pissed at her for having played a role in putting one of the worst possible candidates for President into office. That reason is Clinton's cavalier attitude to information security has been shown to have left the secure email system serving the President open to intrusion. She did it by refusing to use provided secured communications, insisting on using her personal electronics that she, a technophobe, was comfortable with. In spite of repeated instruction and pleading from her own State Dept security staff, Clinton would not use provided computers or other devices. She wouldn't even accept training, or allow a trained staffer of her own selection to operate secured devices for her. She found it all annoying and insulting.

So the FBI has hard evidence that direct emails from Clinton's personal Blackberry to the President, including at least one Secret communication, were intercepted by an adversary. This while Clinton was in the adversarial country, where she had to know she was being spied upon.

Why the FBI failed to act, failed to follow up is an unanswered question. It is a far more important matter than punishing Clinton.

Although if she does run again, I'd be in favor of punishing her for it.

Look, we are a very big country. We easily have the resources to investigate and prosecute both the sitting idiot in the White House and the hopeful idiot salivating to get inside, at the same time.

    See, it's entirely bipartisan.

So there's hope for us yet!!!

I love this judge. He is a no nonsense guy that doesn't take any crap in his courtroom. He's smart about when people try to play him or skirt the truth. He has been working cases on the Clinton debacle for years. He isn't worried about pissing off her highness. Judicial Watch has been successful in getting information that Congress hasn't. I should send them some money.

Are you saying Clinton should get away with her crimes...the crimes the entire country knows she committed? She had an illegal server, classified government emails went through it, other people also used the server and had classified emails going through it. Do you deny this happened and do you think it should be ignored or followed up on?

There's talk of her making another stumbling drunken run in 2020 so she's hardly a non-player. Crooked Hillary is like Al Capone who was finally charged with income tax evasion. He was investigated many times. You probably thought he was innocent of all charges.
