Sullivan won't let her slide. If she has to appear for a deposition then he would be just the judge to force her to appear for a deposition. Judicial Watch has been drooling about that possibility as much as Clinton has been fighting that possibility. "I don't remember" won't be good enough.
She is as cooked already as a the Thanksgiving Day turkeybwevwill be having. Thus is just end of season bs partisan political monkey business. Will amount to crap.
It is never the end for Hillary. It makes no difference if one judge or even a series of judges try to force her to obey the law. The Clintons have too many friends to cover up, lie and cheat for them to ever pay the penalty for what they have done. The only possible rebuke for Hillary is what has already happened: the voters rejected her.
*WRONG!* The voters actually SELECTED, not, "rejected," her by a large margin. Anyway, you guys have the gall to complain about the Mueller investigation taking too long? LOL! At least Mueller's team are getting convictions! How many convictions has the life-long Hillary-stigations yielded???? Like: None, Nada, Zilch, Squat!!! Hah!
Oh? OK Anyway, back on topic, nobody really even cares about Hillary anymore. Except, that is, for RW Tinfoil Hats who can't quit her (for whatever reason). Carry on...and, have a nice day. Spoiler Some might think that -->(this bolded font color = screaming insecurity). Nothing personal, of course. It is certainly nothing personal. But, some people aren't as magnanimous and non-judgemental as me, so I just wanted to point that out. Once again, nothing personal.
Just because she lost an election, doesn't mean what crimes she may or may not have committed just get erased...
What is Hillary guilty of in the Email caper? Did she collude with the Russians ? If that was so why was she indicted long ago? Did she sell, give away, or promise to give classified information to the Russians or other enemies? There is no proof or even reasonable suspicion of such. Did she invite the Russian ambassador and possible Russian foreign security or espionage agents into her office to read the Emails? Nope no proof of that. Did she meet with Kremlin agents and talk about who knows what and first deny that the meeting took place, then admit to it? Then lie that all they talked about was adopting poor starving little Russian orphan waifs from the Russo-Chcehya War so her grandkids could gave someone tittle tykes to play With? No. Is there any evidence at all that she willfully exposed confidential or secret information to our enemies? No. If there a probable likelyhood that she handled the Email deal with idiotic stupidity in a careless naive poor moronic manner? YES THERE IS, Is that a felony? Most likely not. Did she most likely violate administrative rules of the State Department ? Most likely yes. If there were rules in place when she did that should she have been punished ? YES, SHould we punish her for breaking the rules now? YES, Should we punish anyone be they male, female, ugly, good looking, Democrat, Republican, President, Secretary of State, or any other category? YES Is Hillary above the law? Hell NO, Is Trump above the law? Hell NO ! Should either one or both of them be investigated and punished if found guilty of breaking the law or the rules of office ? Hell Yes they should!! They both should!
Judge Sullivan is of the Leftness. Evidently he didn't forget. Nor quit on her. Uhm, that doesn't give you a pass when you are playing Mod Andy. See when doing that. You should be correcting your own. Those of the leftness like you. Maybe then they will slow down on going personal and trying to bring the diss to others. For myself, I don't have much faith in you applying any standard to those of your own kind. Call me a realist.
As long as the Statute of Limitations hasn't passed, and people want to spend even more taxpayer dollars in chasing her down the rabbit hole, I could not care less what happens to her. Seems like a waste of time and money. But, who knows? Maybe she deserves The Chair?
Statute of limitations has not passed. The investigation wouldn't be criminal. I mean, how do you accidentally "lose" 30 thousand emails as Secretary of State?
You've very critical of Trump's decisions and scandals. Have you served as President of the United States? That doesn't sound like a valid excuse to me...
My opinion is that one would have to distort facts, contort logic, stretch truth more than Plastic Man, invent non existing connections, correlations and create fake, false make believe, and downright BS stories to relate Snopes of the Broward Country FLA vote counting fiasco to Hillary. On top of that it would be just plain childish and stupid and an act of profound if not profane desperation. Ha ha ha
Well lets see, there are those laws concerning the handling of classified material, oh and then there is that perjury of lying under oath about not having any classified material in her emails. Then there is that law not complying with Subpoenas Of course if you have some doubts. You can always search all the threads wherein your question was answered over a 100 times. One last thing....Trump isn't on display with this issue. Just Hillary. Which means there is no reason to bring up.....Is Trump above the law. Focus, I know its hard for you to do. But as Rob Schneider says......You can do it!
Yeah, but Trump is a different story. Hillary WAS Qualified to serve as SOS. Trump IS UNQUALIFIED (Outside of being over 35 years old) to serve as POTUS. So, there's that.
In your opinion huh. Here.....time for you to catch up with reality. Cheating: Apparent 'Organized Fraud' By Florida Democrats Must Be Fully Investigated..... We're a week-and-a-half past election day, and Florida Democrats are still refusing to concede the gubernatorial and Senate races they've almost certainly lost. Because the GOP's victory margins were quite thin, mandatory recounts were triggered -- but those margins are still large enough (roughly 34,000 and 13,000 in the governor and Senate contests, respectively) that the outcomes are not in doubt. Following the required machine recounts, apparent newly-elected Senator Rick Scott actually gained a few dozen votes, while apparent Governor-elect Ron DeSantis lost a total of...one vote. Via an Orlando Sentinel reporter: Recall that the previous count in Broward improperly included votes that had been ruled invalid. A fair point: A judge rejected Democrats' extension requests. All of this comes on the heels of a shocking story about apparent coordinated voter fraud machinations from Florida Democrats. There must be a full investigation into this: One Democratic campaign operative says he warned internally against the scheme, but it moved forward anyway: Jake Sanders, a Democratic consultant in the Treasure Coast who saw the email, told the USA TODAY NETWORK - Florida that he warned party staffers about the legality of using an altered form, but was ignored. "I warned FDP staff members of the questionable legal status of altering a state form and misleading people their vote would be counted before the court case played out," Sanders said. "And coordinated campaign leadership told them to keep pushing it that, 'We are exhausting every possibility.'" ...To Sanders, the party was not being upfront with voters and "undermining making sure every vote counts." "They should have been saying, 'This is unprecedented. We are fighting for your vote to count. Fill this out so we can fight for you.' But self-imposing a fake deadline and deceiving people is counter to that," Sanders said. In recent days, the national media has scolded Republicans for supposedly fear-mongering about 'fraud' in Florida, even though their suspicions now appear to have been well-founded. They've also attacked the GOP for undermining faith in the electoral process. And yet, prominent Democrats from Cory Booker to Sherrod Brown to Hillary Clinton are openly and baselessly alleging that the Georgia gubernatorial election was somehow stolen or illegitimate -- and the losing candidate (who trails by well over 50,000 votes) is apparently mulling a lawsuit to demand a do-over election. The double standards are glaring......snip~ https://townhall.com/tipsheet/guyben...tence-n2536075
