It does not cost much to empty a campgrounds portable toilet. Why not have them in areas in a city so the homeless don't have to walk 3 miles just to take a dump? Why not public showers, like Harbor Patrol has in ports...or showers for surfers on beaches? The homeless are everywhere. Most you see. What about the ones you DON'T see but complain about because they have no place to dump their waste and have to resort to a field if they can find one that is hidden from view. Hell, they can't even bury it because its a concrete jungle.

Point is, there's not much difference between whites in the north and whites in the south, but when you factor in all the blacks in the south and the much smaller number blacks in the north, the south looks worse
