    Did Stormy violated the contract or bribe and squealed ?

    Will she be requited to return the money with interest ?

    Will she be required to pay for Trump's attorney fees ?

    Is there any affiliation with the DNC and Porn Hub ?
    This is what should be investigated, the connections with the DNC and Porn Hub.

    Trumps can use HIS money as he sees fit in a campaign. Cohen could not. If Cohen used his own money then it MIGHT be a violation but then it never went to court.

    "As his plea agreement with federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) shows, Cohen’s prison sentence was driven by his guilty pleas to tax- and bank-fraud charges. Trump had nothing to do with those felonies. They involved over $1 million in fraud, and bank fraud carries a possible incarceration sentence of 30 years. If it were not for these serious crimes, Cohen would not have been prosecuted, much less imprisoned."

    Simple...one was a contribution, the other was a man trying to get a legal contract together for the purpose of not embarrasing his wife (as Cohen testified Trump's intent was). The problem is Cohen is such a horrible lawyer, he never got the contract together, and at the last minute used his own personal funds to pay her anyway, and then claimed they were legal expenses for his representation and asked for it to be repaid in his monthly retainer.

    Cohen apparently, was over worked and got really sloppy with his law practice

    The only way I can think it wouldn't be illegal for Trump is If he didn't know about it....

    Cohen says Trump knew AND directed him to do it.. The SDNY believed that enough to put it in the Cohen sentencing document, albeit hidden behind the easily cracked 'Individual 1' stuff.

    I'd say that's clearly impeachable, but these Dems don't seem capable of doing it... Maybe FINALLY holding hearings with witnesses Trump doesn't control might change hearts and minds, but I'm not holding my breath...

    The Democrats in the House are looking more and more like Democrats in the California state legislature.

    They have passed just about every anti gun law there is that hey have run out of gun laws and are now just making up gun laws.

    I'm clearly saying Cohen didn't testify Trump's intent was to save embarrassment.. If you are being told that from some source, I'd seriously question it...
