Yea gentrification is when rich people move into poor neighborhoods. If you are "legally homeless", you don't meet the threshhold criteria.

I actually don’t care if you became a teacher so long as the subject being taught does not include anything outside of school approved curriculum.

you can also notice how the states with higher minimum wages are going down.

 

It's that 'must' which is causing all the problems. You guys acquired a lifestyle, and now must peddle like crazy to keep it afloat.

Yeah, I'm sorry. The minimum wage won't enable anyone to "buy a house", in many areas now.

Used to be possible, now is totally unrealistic.

 

It was only ever possible for minimum wage earners to buy in certain areas, so nothing has changed in that regard.

What HAS changed, is the outrageous sense of entitlement we now have ... believing we have some kind of birthright to live wherever we want, regardless of whether we can afford it.

 

And you voted in the one president who is going to make that much worse.

 

Gentrification looks like a crappy, dangerous neighborhood with low property values turned into a nice, safe one with bookstores and coffee shops, along with much nicer, more valuable housing. It's a good thing.
