With LeBron throwing up bricks he is not much of an athlete either.

Voting for either Hilla or Trump was a mistake; the only question was which one did the voter feel was the lesser of the mistakes?

Making millions of dollars qualifies everyone to be a brain surgeon? How about President? hmmmm?? :roflol:

Let's be real and honest here. Throwing a ball through a hoop doesn't qualify anyone to comment on anything, other than the game they excel in. In particular, we are talking about someone whose vast education is a high school diploma at best. :deadhorse:

Look, I've said it elsewhere - In a country this large, the fact that the major parties vomited up those two is disheartening. And the minor candidates were a waste of a vote. Frankly, if the California initiatives weren't worth voting for, I'd have skipped my very first election this year save for when I was hospitalized.

Now I did vote for Trump - although in all honesty it was, as Dutch said, more of a vote against Hillary. And he's done better than I thought he would - although in all honesty, I'm not terribly thrilled to have him as prez. But he's still light-years ahead of the Cellulite Goddess.

well she thinks she's smarter then a dumbass ball player about things like politics. I wouldn't really call that arrogant.

interesting when you say most do know what to Laura Ingraham does or did?

No it doesn't matter because she doesn't agree with you therefore she's the dumbest person on the planet right.

But you're against them being criticized when they say moronic things?

Or is this an attempt to criticize Ingraham? You should criticize people on things they've done not made up attitudes that you want to believe such as arrogance and people that don't do jack.

That's how you get a little credibility right now it just sounds like you dislike Ingraham and are expressing that dislike in a poor manner.

and people criticize them every day.

They just don't wail and moan about it on Instagram.

This isn't about one that put their money where their mouth is. This is about one crying like a baby on Instagram.

But it doesn't matter he can be criticized for things he says and does.

Well I wouldn't say it's his job to give his opinion but he has every right to and he was right he is more than an athlete he's a citizen and a person.

That being said if you say something and you are a public figure and it's controversial even in a minor way you will get criticized on it.

I believe that's called discussion. Discussion is hilarious?

see that's not what I got out of Ingram's statement at all. What I heard was "you're a basketball player, your opinion doesn't matter"

you're saying what you got out of it it is stupid I wouldn't say that. But if you find it stupid that's on you. It's your thought.

Yep he did try. He also went to a prestigious catholic high school and had high enough scores to attend Duke if he wanted. But who wouldn’t take the earnings first?

Well he made some promises in his campaign and he's delivered on many of them. So the gamble paid off.

I would say the game show host is more qualified then the Criminal if she was in the other person would be serving of 700 years sentence. I think any Joe off the street would be better than that.

    Just an opinion

yep, I'm not judging LeBron, or any other superstar prospect. getting our education on while we're still sponges is important, but there's always the risk of suffering a career ending injury before hitting the big show....and that would rather suck.

    Laura Ingraham
Laura Ingraham should have lived during the 1920s. She would have made an excellent KKK racist segregationist.

You RWers need to get a clue and stop pulling great big strawmen out of your butts. Hell, you can't even understand the context or the post I was responding to. Thanks for playing anyway. No consolation price for you.

RUSH: Now we're told the night Hillary speaks is the anniversary of women getting the vote, which is what started the welfare state that now strangles us, by the way. If women had never gotten the vote we wouldn't have a budget deficit, but that's another story.

“women should not have the right to vote.”
    -Ann Coulter, June 2015

"If we took away women's right to vote, we'd never have to worry about another Democrat [sic] president. It's kind of a pipe dream, it's a personal fantasy of mine, but I don't think it's going to happen. And it is a good way of making the point that women are voting so stupidly, at least single women."

Most don’t get paid for it:) I was being literal. I agree everyone should be opinionated but an actor doesn’t get paid to spout heir views. A talk show host does.

I like her but I think she is wrong. Could just be a publicity stunt. Everyone is entitled to their opinion even if they are wrong. There's no license to spout off on politics. Athletes/Actors/Celebs have a platform. They will quickly find out that they can alienate half their fan base quickly though. If they sound dumb, they will become a meme and embarrassed too.

Ingraham did. Enough to comment on the air about one's opinion.
