The answer to your question is what you bolded and italicized:

They are numb to cries of “you got the wrong guy”, like the villagers in the Boy who Cried Wolf. This time, there was a wolf, but unfortunately for this guy, he was not believed.

Yea cop make mistakes, everyone does. But when you’re not held accountable you don’t do everything you can to prevent the mistakes.

I hired a nice young black woman once at her first interview. Shebhad passed all the clerical test, was well spoken (she would be dealing with our customers, industrial products), nice demeanor. She did so well that when another branch was opened they offered her the office manager position. Two years later she had embellized $70,000.

So was their a point to your story?

whites are mistaken for not being who they are, just like the article. But this is about virtue signaling, not facts.

I’m wondering how the virtue signalers in this thread feel about the cops who were recently ambushed and murdered in NYC?

Oh well clearly that justifies any incompetence by every cop in America!

You think criminal charges is the only way they can be held accountable?

I wonder if the falsely incarcerated here would rather have the half a million dollars or see his jailer go to jail for 6 days?

    How so?

The only people being held accountable are the taxpayers. The cops who arrested him probably won't even see a suspension.

You didn’t have to do fathoming, I simply asked about the feelings of leftists when cops are ambushed and murdered.

    Anyway, see this guy?

    He murdered this guy.

Some people, and I won’t mention names, are so hyper focused on every black person being a victim of racist white people, a racist country, and racist everything, can’t bring themselves to ever see blacks as real people who do both good and bad things, they only see them as victims.

Ya know, the Henderson police department, city council, DAs office and the governor of Nevada all have phones. Instead of whining on an internet board, why don’t you start making calls and demand some suspensions. Better yet, start chanting no justice no peace and then head for the closest Nike shoe store.

Instead of whining on a message board about blacks and hiding behind a screen, go out and tell them to their face how you really feel.

You have no idea how I feel. How about if I call my former black roommate of two years, he was a safety on the Rutgers football team. Or maybe I should somehow find the black chick who I flirted with and who flirted with me and call her. Had I not been transferred to Puerto Rico I would have dated her. BTW, when I was in PR I dated a bunch of Ricans and eventually married one.

Now give us your resume on your interaction with minorities. No, tipping the garbage men at Christmas doesn’t count.

Other than the guy not having a proper ID, no a SS card does not identify you, what was the delay caused by? Do we know yet?

If it was negligence on the part of the booking officers and jail staff he has a good case for a lawsuit and those who were negligent need to be disciplined. What more is there to say?

I don't get your trying to make it some political or racial issue.

There is no evidence of the man giving any photo ID to the police in the OP. They couldn't positively identify him so they took him in till they could. That's standard procedure. Social Security Cards can be lost, stolen, forged or duplicated. The whole mess could have been avoided if the man just carried his license. Most folks that don't carry their driver's licensees with them is they DON'T want to be identified by the police. Be it warrants, suspension or revocation. The truth will eventually come out, but not before the race baiters have done their work.

Quit trying to bait and report people.

You're not going to answer my question about when I was falsely accused are you?
