Sick of the continued idea that all whites are racist , and are some how responsible for slavery , that owe blacks for things that happened 400 years ago . Tired of libs justifying crime and finding some white person to blame . When my grandparents came to this country they never own a slave nor wanted to . They were treated very bad because of the war and had to work very hard at the BOTTOM and never took a job from a minority . But now our kids are by-pasted by affirmative action , racial quotas , and the like . Why is this NOT discrimination ? Label me as you wish my opinions are based in life experiences !
I'm tire of it too, but the answer is not acting as racist and assholish about it as them. Fight it systematically. Affirmative Action is wrong because it's institutionalized racism. We'll never be able to legislate racism out of people, but we can legislate it out of our government and work to make our government address all citizens equally.

Generalization - Please quote a single comment that states the "idea that all whites are racist" Whites, as you call them, are as responsible as any other race. Agreed, it is the still present racism and discrimination that I am concerned with. so you think it is only "libs" that do this do you, and again please show anywhere in this topic that the "white" person is being blamed? blah .. blah ... blah .. personal anecdotes mean very little. I am a white middle aged male and the racism I faced growing up was disgusting, but even what I faced was less than my older siblings. There is only one race .. the human race, anything else is just humankind's creation.

On one side we have the Lefties playing the same "victimization" card they've played since the 1960s regardless of the amount of progress made in the last 50 years and on the other side we have Righties playing the xenophobe card using fear-mongering against "brown people" on issues ranging from immigration, to "border security" (Southern border only, of course) and their religion(s).
Yep and as long as people pander to the politics of this the longer it will remain an issue, one that is being lead and forced by the politicians .. I find it a little amusing that people cannot see that politics won't work with a united people .. there has to be division.
If blacks and Mexicans are being held down by left and right, then why do Asians come to this country and do so well for themselves ? Asian immigrants to the U.S. tend to be more educated and affluent in spite of the language barrier. It is about respect ! And that you must earn by your actions and deeds . When you see blacks calling each other the N-word and rap music that celebrates "pimping" and violence .directed at women ,whitey , police , etc. The misfortunes others doesn't have to be an opportunity to loot . Yeah , why not recognize everyone's rights even whitey .
