    Only the male captives. The women and children were enslaved. Perhaps Obama said what he did because the Prophet took only one of the enslaved women for himself and generously gave the rest to his followers. I bet Ghengis Kahn was greedier.

    NOW HOLD ON! Wait, are you trying to tell us what the #1 role model for 1.5 billion people around the world was an ENSLAVER of women and children!? COME ON! No way! We got rid of slavery many years ago, so that person could not be a role model for people today, no way. Especially if that person claimed to be divinely guided ("god" would know right from wrong, for all time, right?)

    None of those beheaded 600-900 CAPTIVES in one day, so I don't think any of those live up (or, uh, down) to the moral standards set by Mohammad (he's my #1 choice on this thread, still.)

    Yes but would he be radical enough for today's standards? Even the so-called moderate Sharia Law followers routinely behead, hang, and beat anyone who dares to cross the line, and even innocents who need to be punished just on basic principle.

    Exactly, few people today realize that Hitler was one memorizing orator. He told the German people what they wanted to hear. He brought them out of the depression and instilled pride in being German once again. He probably stands at the top his oration skills. He would start out very low, so people had to lean forward to hear him and raise his voice as he went along. He brought crowds to a frenzy.

    Lucky for us his military skills were that of a corporal.

    You are correct but Hitler was a one trick pony. He could convince the masses but he couldn't back it up with action. Its why his people tried to assassinate him. Castro would be a better leader than Hitler because Castro actually succeeded.

    Castro had the USSR backing him up and after the Cuban Missile Crisis he was basically hands off. At least Cuba was hands off, check out operation mongoose. RFK was running it.
