The only thing specific brought up is the propaganda plan.. Of course they wage information war, the same pretty much any country. THAT doesn't prove the Russians plan to blitzkrieg their way from coast to coast of Eurasia and conduct genocide against all undesirables. I couldn't even find the doc because the BBC link just went to some chat page.

I would say as soon as they do it, or claim they want to.. Neither of us have a seat at the Russian round table, to actually know what they truly plan to do.

They HAD their self determination, with a voted on constitution and president. That all ended in a violent coup, at which point the new government IMMIDEIATLY removed Russia as an official language, and would go on to impose apartheid laws.

What would you suggest for Russians living in SE Ukraine, exposed to apartheid laws, under a government they didn't vote for, to have their self-determination? What recourse do they otherwise have? I never said I would.. I said many of these people in Ukraine ARE being ruled by anti-Russian nationalists. That is a fact. After removing the official Russian language, outlawing waving or flying a Russian flag, banning pro Russian journalists, banning peaceful protests, they just yesterday banned Ethnic Russians from entering Ukraine. It's pure apartheid. What recourse do these Ukrainians otherwise have? Just sit there and take it and like it? What else was their solution?

And you know , just the last year or two, we stopped receiving news about the crimes committed by residents Chechnya. I'm became very interested as they live now. Especially since I worked with Chechen girl and next to me lives the family of Chechen , left me with the most pleasant experience of these people .
I subscribe to news Chechnya tweet read them regularly, I read an interviews with Kadyrov and watch televised reports about Chechnya.
Such problems no longer exists, Kadyrov clearly ensures that the population of Chechnya even in remote corners of Russia to keep himself in bounds of decency .
Now far more crimes commit gastrobaytery from Central Asia but not Russian people themselves .

Yes, a lot of material with a negative themes was taken by in the media since the beginning of the very first Chechen campaign. Chechen residents were presented as criminals and bandits.
Alexander Nevzorov (you remember about him) was shooting much bloodthirsty video and movies for that would shock the people of Russia and the West.
Kadyrov not denied the existence of cases of banditry in the territory of the republic. They first recognized those facts and successfully fought against these manifestations on the side of Russian secret services.
We must also not forget that the bulk of the militants was trained in special bases funded by the U.S. government and conducted by instructors - professional soldiers of the U.S. Army. This is not the first time that a filing with the U.S. prepared and trained international terrorists.
I see no reason for worry about this problem because the problem no longer exists. It is completely eliminated in Chechnya itself and in Russia as a whole. Links that you published now are outdated and battalions East and West have long disbandment.

This is true, now it is order in Chechna. Everyone obeys to Kadyrov. But Russia pays for this order a lot of money every year at the expense of other regions. If you look at the center of Groznu it is full of luxure. But if you go to Tula or Murmans- hero-cities, you will see how poor they are. If we do not pay- we can forget about peace in Chechnja.
Personally, I would not vote for Kadyrov if he decides to participate in the elections. I do not want chechens occupy Moscow.

Hm, I do not beleive to politicians, and less to Kadyrov. In fact, I do not know chechen oligarhs. Lisin, Vekselberg, Prokhorov, ..they are Russians. It is my strong belief, that apart from fight chechens can not do anything well enough. If there were oligarchs in Chechnya, of course, Kadyrov could influence them.
