Many of them work here for dollars a day which is better than they had where they came from. Where they came from it is easier to live on that amount and when they send that back to their families it helps them. And surviving here isn't that hard for them to do...they did it where they came from they sure as * * * * can do it here.
If they are caught at the actual border then they are held as though they never entered our country. They are then asked a few questions and if they themselves claim asylum, then they are given another hearing to determine if there really is an truth to their claim. If not then they are held for processing where some may be found entitled to refugee status (there is only one SA country that still falls under that). Once processed they should be deported immediately, instead what is being done is they processed by obtaining their information and then they are given letters to report for a court date for their hearings and released. The applicable American Laws are the 5th and 6th DP clauses if charged with a crime inside the US and the 14th EP clause while inside the US.
Yes, you already admitted that what they have here is better than what they had in their country. My question is why would it benefit them to be sent back to their country, which you admit was a worse situation.
Open your eyes dude...they don't belong here. They are not our responsibility. We have our own problems. We have enough to take care or our own citizens here. Get it into your head...they are Illegals not Citizens of the U.S.
Oh come on, you are not seriously arguing that he failure of latin american states has anything to do with the CIA
No, you're right, the dysfunction in Latin America and the Middle East has nothing to do with decades of western intervention and meddling. What was I thinking?
How could western intervention have made all of them fail? You would think that there would be some exceptions.
I thought Obama is the king of deportation? What about those people's rights? These aren't Americans. They are Mexico's problem. If y'all want the votes so bad. Adopt them. Open your homes. Feed them, cloth them, pay for their education. School is fixing to start. These kids will be put into a school system that is already failing thanks to liberal running it for too many years. Now pump thousands of non English speaking kids into the system. Kids that will need thousands of dollars to even bring them close to speed. I can't wait to see how the left will pay for that. Y'all can't even bring American kids close to other countries standards. The left can't even run the VA clinics. How will y'all give these kids the medical they need ? Please enlighten me.
I would like it if you would enlighten yourself? Then maybe your "easy" answers will sound, even to you, as dumb as they actually are.
Socialism in Germany and the Nordic countries have managed to work well. Most likely because they have the US's support instead of its hostility.
Just tell me who will pay. How will they pay. It's a simple question. These are your voters. How will you pay for them.
Homogenous populations with a culture that tends to help each other, a family culture, that is a very powerful thing indeed. As they import more and more muslims, they endanger their society in every way. The muslims are not there to assimilate, they are there to conquer and replace the idiots who let them in.
Open your eyes dude...when the illegals see them at the border they will know we mean business. They will turn around and go home.
Whats the matter dude...you afraid of the truth? Especially when it hits you right in the face. Well just do what your dear leader does then...point the finger. - - - Updated - - - Thats all the left know how to do anymore. Ubama's BRAINWASHING worked for him.
Latin America is headed north, seeking escape from each other. The welfare system in the US is very attractive to people who themselves can only produce lives of poverty and squalor. The key to all of this is to let them know that they are not welcome here. We cannot support the entire world with our welfare system. We must be brave and strong and look out for the rights of our own citizens.
Thats right. Only thing is we haven't pointed the finger at Ubama...we gave him the middle finger...which he deserves. He earned well...right from the beginning.
