This is not a good question to indicate racism of the person choosing which prison to go to. Prisons largely use race as an easy way to pick teams. You would be an idiot to be a white person and pick the black prison as a black person would be an idiot to choose the white prison. Sticking out like a sour thumb is not a way you want to do your prison bid. Do you think emulating prison gang culture is what intelligent civilized people should work towards?
If by Caucasians you mean whites, then no. Whites have been resisting invasion from Mongols and Turks for thousands of years. Turk/Arab history in particular is a series of genocides and slavery, much worse than anything whites did. Even the conquest of America was largely an invited civil war intervention. Maybe if you stopped watching "white guilt year" (every year) PBS and went to a library you could learn something other than how evil whitey is.

The whole discussion is a bit absurd. Nobody really wants to be around the kind of people that wind up in a prison regardless their race. That is why the question does not relate to outside prison. Their gang culture causes race divides in prison. People who aren't violent criminals are not the problem whether they are black, brown, slightly tan or white, and of course they can and do live together with out a problem.
That would work better. Although either answer would make you a racist. I would choose the town with the best schools, parks, lowest taxes, lowest crime, closest to my work, has the house I want. My potential neighbors race would only become a factor if all things were equal and it came down to living in a completely segregated town and a mixed town. If it came to that I would pick the mixed town over segregated.

Well let us see, Botswana is a good place to live, crime very low, but poverty is around. Namibia is also a great country to live in, again, with some poverty. But then both are desert countries with limited sources of income. Both are stable democracies though. South Africa has excellent schools and hospitals, crime is however a massive problem here. But then again a huge income divide is also a massive problem here. Are any African countries perfect? No. Are any countries anywhere perfect? no. AH
