Of course I have a definition - The problem is that you can't seem to come up with one. and what differences have I not addressed between Hamas and IDF ? You are the one that can't address the differences and similarities. . I have been trying to get you to do so by asking simple questions which you will not answer.

Is dropping 1000 lb bombs on civilians "Terrorism" - or is it only Terrorism when Hamas does it. What is the difference between IDF and Hamas in this respect.

You have completely avoided this issue - and are not trying to blame others for your failings.

You have not challenged anything I have said - nor engaged in debate - refusing to answer simple questions - putting false claims in your opponents mouth - calling them supporters of "Terrorism" = demonization of the messenger.

As luck would have it - turns out you are the one who supports terrorism .. so perhaps take log out of own eye prior to trying to pick speck out of brother's eye.

If you surround yourself with civilians and shoot thousands of rockets into Israel. And force Israel to retaliate to make the rockets stop. Then you have not only disregarded peaceful negotiations, but have chosen the path of war, started the war, forced your enemy to retaliate, and surrounded yourself with civilians therefor placing them in harms way. Then all the onus is on you. The civilian deaths are on Hamas. This is not advanced logic.

When you make it the law that Arabs who got ethnically cleansed, may not return because they are Arabs to benefit the Jews. When you go across your border and keep enlarging your Jews only colonies at the expense of Arabs. When Jews go to court and are about to win a case to kick out Arabs out of their houses..... It's Israel and it's Jews who show they have absolute zero interests to have peace and choses the path of war. That set of the last war. We all know it. Israel and it's Jews are systematically oppressing Arabs. Everybody is sick and tired of it. You might have noticed that the US immediately called up to stop it, with ever more harsher words to demand it when it went on. And now the US is giving Gaza millions to reconstruct what was destroyed, add the US saying to not have Jews get to kick out Arabs, and not have colonies. That is the US, the closest ally Israel has. Take a hint.

It is rather typical to jump to the point that rockets got fired as if nothing right before did not happen.

While the civilian deaths are on Israel. They shell a civilian area with tanks. They don't blow up just 1 building, but half the neighborhood. They make sure there are no bomb shelters for them

Don't speak about something you do not possess - as if you do (see bold) - Don't pretend to know the situation on the ground - cause you have shown no understanding beyond the propaganda narrative spoon fed to you by the fundamentalist religious right .. and the right in general in this case as most adopted it - which is rife with the "Sin of Omission"

But Regardless, none of your commentary answered the questions put forth . relating to the discussion "What is Terrorism" .

I presume this is some kind of justification for an answer that you may have .. so we will go with that and try to figure out what your claim is with respect to terrorism.

Are you claiming that dropping 1000lb bombs in areas crowded with civilians - or large multi story apartment blocks - because some leader of a fighting force claims that a bad guy from the opposing side - was or is in the vicinity - is "NOT" terrorism

YES/No .. and support your answer - and give a definition of what is terrorism .. Perhaps you think it is being part of a protest that becomes violent or destroys property like the Dems .. Perhaps you think there is no such thing as terrorism if it is the side you are rooting for.

How about dragging children over barbed wire "Till the flesh hung from their bones" - in front of their parents ?

Iran is ruled by evil monsters who deserve a fiery demise. Not a religious statement, I am thinking Hellfire missiles, Or a Mark 77 air dropped incendiary bomb in the most effective locations.

Curiously, I have similar thoughts on the Syrian dictator, the North Korean dictator, pick a dictator, him too.

Israel? Complex subject. The USA should always stand for Israel's survival BUT we should also be doing a lot more about Israel's worst practices. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Trying to murder your former landlord for legally evicting you for non payment of rent/mortgage/lease is hardly a reasonable response to a real or perceived injustice. There are other paths short of war to address it. To choose the path of war brings all the onus on you. You cannot with a baby in one arm and a rocket in the other, lay claim to innocence as Hamas has done. But if you do think Hamas conduct is justified, then don't cry over the dead innocents they put in harms way as if they ever really cared about them in the first place.

Why are you rambling on like this - not addressing anything in my post - making up nonsense scenario's that have nothing to do with reality.

Just because some bad guy wanders into an 6 story apartment block "with baby in hand" - is not justification to blow up that entire apartment block .. and then blame the bad guy for all the civilians killed. "Think" about what you are saying.

Who said Hamas was innocent ? Certainly not I. This is a blood feud - with both sides guilty of atrocity. YOU - are the one who is trying to claim that one side is innocent - spouting propaganda kool-aid - such as the "Hamas hides with babies".

Please tell me of a civil war - where those conducting the civil war are not hiding among the population.

    Why do you like diversity?

And Lusitania was not packed with explosives. It was carrying a modest cargo of munitions but these were a perfectly legal declared cargo.

The captain of the Lusitania was supposed to zig zag the ship to avoid the German U boats as he approached Britain, but he didn't. It's sister ship was hit quite a few times and never sank, and yet with the Lusitanian there was a second large explosion and it sank immediately.

Anyway the Lusitania was carrying contraband, and there was nothing legal about the US which was supposedly neutral sending arms to a country at war. When the American ambassador to Germany found out that neutral Sweden was sending food to Germany he was furious and said that Sweden must be punished for it - and yet here we were, sending arms to Britain.

Frankly I don't see how Franklyn Delano Roosevelt could not have known about the contraband since he was the head of our navy.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

This theory was brought into question years later when the log of the U-20 was published and showed that the submarine had sunk other ships and encountered the Lusitania by chance. Out of fear of being rammed, the submarine sank the cruise liner. Although an examination prior to sailing revealed no evidence that the liner was carrying ammunition, the ship was in fact loaded with 4,200 cases of small-arms ammunition as well as 1,250 shrapnel cases. This ammunition, when struck, could have contributed to the amazingly fast sinking of the ship. From the time of impact, just eighteen minutes passed before the liner was submersed.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was unrealistic to expect that the Germans should treat the United States as neutral in the war when the U.S. had been shipping great amounts of war materials to Germany's enemies. In early 1915, the British liner Lusitania was torpedoed and sunk by a German submarine. She sank in eighteen minutes, and 1,198 people died, including 124 Americans. The United States claimed the Lusitania carried an innocent cargo, and therefore the torpedoing was a monstrous German atrocity. Actually, the Lusitania was heavily armed: it carried 1,248 cases of 3-inch shells, 4,927 boxes of cartridges (1,000 rounds in each box), and 2,000 more cases of small-arms ammunition. Her manifests were falsified to hide this fact, and the British and American governments lied about the cargo.

Simply carrying munitions DOES NOT mean a ship is "armed". "Armed" means mounting weapons. Like guns that can be fired.

No one said the Lusitania was armed, only that it was packed with arms, and that's why it sank so quickly. Otherwise the ship would not have sunk since its sister ship was torpedoed quite a few times and didn't sink.

Anyway I have an immense distrust towards the British since they showed an indifference even towards the lives of their own men in WWI. Did they want the ship to be hit so as to drag the US into the war? If so, did they miscalculate on the extent of the damage and how quickly the ship would sink? Who knows?

I'm pretty sure you are more than smart enough to know Jeannette that ships react differently to being torpedoed or bombed.
