As i said, there were many causes -
Bachir Gemayel ask israel many times to come to the aid of the christians, Israel didn't think that they can live next door to a big terrorist force, etc.
No one is a saint here - not the lebanese people, not PLO, and not israel.
They all had their agenda's.

 

DUH , right , according to Israeli propaganda , - no one might have been a "saint" but there was certainly many innocent Lebanese civilians , victims of Israeli aggression.
