So far you can not deny the terrible birthrate of Italy, combined with their way to nice of a pension plan. All you do is make personal attacks.
I'm a little confused about this thread. While I agree with the principle of helping the development of African countries, this project is not a good idea regarding Lake Chad. The amount of water in Lake Chad is tiny - it cannot be used for irrigation. The lake also belong to three other countries. Is Italy trying to start a major war in North Africa? Colonialism all over again
notme is talking about this https://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/aug/23/baby-crisis-europe-brink-depopulation-disaster which you seem unaware of.
I am aware that posting a link to the Guardian is all we need to know about your knowledge on things. Next time pull something from the CNN too. You're great.
OK you bore me. All you answered to notme with was personal attack. Given that you showed gross ignorance of what he was talking about and could only attack him as being black which you have indicated are people you believe are your inferiors, as that was the only reason someone could possibly have his opinion, I provided you with a link to what he was talking about. This you again only reply to with a personal attack. I have reported you and pointed out that this is an ongoing way you post on this forum.
Oh, and yeah. You just proved us all how NASTY women can really be. Especially Liberal women. And why they're destroying the world. It can all be seen now. Even here. You strive for power, so you Feminists can rip. A world of your own, and ZERO opposition. Disgusting trash behavior.

It's a financial nightmare for the US so far. Trade deficit is out of control. And something like the war on Iraq cost trillion of dollars.
We are working on the trade deficit as you know. The war in Iraq was stupid but, at least, it is over.
It keeps on growing, mate. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...old-up-though-imports-slow-more-than-forecast The GOP started it,.. lets not forget that one. And it spilled over in Syria. So it's hardly over.
I only said we are working on it. We never did before. I missed where I put a political spin in my comments. Perhaps you can point it out.
It's rather simple... buy less foreign things, sell more stuff you made to others. I guess you missed it aint over.
It's not easy. People will prefer to buy foreign if it is cheaper. You are fighting against the flow. Hence tariffs.
I'm buying American, Swiss, Italian, Bulgarian and Swedish. I don't buy German or French. Even if its more expensive.
I prefer to buy British. I don't buy Irish. I don't buy European as a general rule, but I would if they made anything I liked. I buy lots of Chinese stuff
I'm a bit surprised, too, but that is what it says in the link! China is bursting in its seams and needs to spend its extra energy on big projects on the outside world. For instance, they have recently merged their Green Building Project with the World Green Building Project. I never even heard of such a noble endeavor. China Partners With World Green Building Council The World Green Building Council announced a partnership with the China Green Building Council on Monday that could have significant repercussions, considering that China is the largest building construction market in the world with up to 20 billion square meters constructed annually. Read about it here: https://cleantechnica.com/2018/04/04/china-partners-with-world-green-building-council/ Isn't that fantastic? Changes are going on in our world that are phenomenal!! So, Italy tries to get on that bandwagon by partnering with giant big brother, China!
Everybody does business with China. That's nothing new. And as far as you're aware that the way China is able to do business with EU nations according to EU rules... but I doubt you're aware.
