In the times of the mighty kings and emperors in the world, companies were decorating themselves to be the court supplier of their majesty and to supply for them clothing, jewelry, food, and everything else. of course they were the trend setters of their time too ...

So we have now the case that Trumps are their own court suppliers in parts? :applause:

A rogue, who now, in this context, also asks the evil question, where President Trump will spend the nights abroad, right? :roflol:

You guys have fun trying to fight off the 'impending conflict of interest, in an attempt to make money'. Me? I'm going to bed. This is one sad topic. Talk about making a mountain over a mole hill. What if the vast majority of people who watched 60 minutes, cannot even afford the bracelet? What then?
    We didn't get that far?

Look, as someone who studied business: There's a far more effective business strategy than simply wearing the clothing of my company. Namely, the good ole fashioned advertisement ads! And I can't understate the surprising effectiveness of coupons and discounts in a magazine. People aren't nearly as focused during the convention or during 60 minutes.

If the bracelet is over priced don't buy it. Is anyone really suprised that someone who has a fashion line wears their own clothes when going out in public and making an appearance on tv. I think she would be a fool not to wear her stuff, or better yet she could wear nothing an make us both happy.

Nepotism. Trump is creating a monarchy. The billions he claims to have are "yet to be earned" after he pillages this country with his various sordid scams.

Mark my words; we will have to redefine conflict of interest after this.

I hope he does a good job, and really does set up that blind trust; but I doubt it.

As long as they do not turn over a chunk of the US uranium to the Russians I am ok with it.

I guess when Michelle wears a dress given to her to wear at public functions, no one complaining now had an issue with that?

Oh for Pete's sake, how petty. She wore a bracelet during an interview on 60 minutes and you're making it sound she treating the interview as her own personal Home Shopping Network. Come on...you're being ridiculous.

Question: Is the aptly named Baron that mini-Trump thing that usually stands behind him, the one with the stone dead expression?

That must be why Trump will only take $1 a year instead of $400K. Good thinking there QN.

I disagree. Trump loves a good knife fight, he gets stronger from stuff like this.

Let them whine and look like fools. Remember, these are people who supported a candidate who had ZERO concern for national security, took millions of dollars from countries that have atrocious human rights records, gave government contracts to Bill's friends for Haiti projects that were abandoned, paid for her daughters wedding out of her "charity", continually lied about everything, mentor was a high ranking KKK leader, involved in scandals their whole life, Bill was caught lying to congress ....

Their party consists of people like Podesta, DWS, Brazile, caught on tape talking about voter fraud, caught on tape paying people to foment violence, rigged the election against Bernie....

All of this and the current administration is the most corrupt one in HISTORY.

    Their major concern? A bracelet.

    Hilarious.

What a joke. Michelle Obama manufactures that smug liberal smile on her face in every interview and I didn't hear a peep about a conflict of interest.

This is why people hate the media elite.

I don' want any of them claiming patriotism. Because they didn't even listen to Hillary about a peaceful transition to power. The last thing these people are, are patriotic. If the Trump's cross a line, we'll be right there with them. But for right now, a necklace isn't a concern. And who Trump decides to put on his transition team is irrelevant. You should be more concerned about cabinet hires, of which there were two. And by most accounts, he's 1/2.(If you believe the Bannon nonsense.) And even if you do, I still don't see what Bannon could do in that role to disturb the WH.

If Bannon were Press Secretary, that's one thing. But he's just one of many advisors to council Trump. He may not even win out, given the competition that surrounds advisors(Hillary didn't always get everything as Sec of State.)

Didn't I predict that as well in the past? Anyone not agreeing with Trump being called unpatriotic? Same what happened between 2000 and 2008.

Keep up your divisiveness, because that's the best way to lose the WH in 2020.

My divisiveness? I'm not pulling people out of cars, vandalizing private property or generally hurting anybody. I'm the one who actually respects the electoral process and is not going to put Trump under the bus, before a single action has been taken.

Most on the right are handling the transition with class, most on the Left want to undermine the President-Elect. That's where you currently stand. And that's your "patriotism" in display.
