Ok....do tell how he violated the Hatch Act...https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/5/7323

Considering he wasn't a Federal employee at the time yet....I got to say it's gonna be quite difficult for you to spin this..

    Yeah?

    And, so what?

That was from 5 days ago (last Tuesday) and there have already been hundreds of "hey, look over here, it's Uncle Joe" news cycles since then.

    Big deal. :bored:

As far as the Actual Topic of the OP:

Nobody (except people who live in the Faux/Breitbart/Trump Bubble) even cares about this "unmasking" stuff.

But, with Trump headed to a catastrophic defeat (and with everybody knowing that Trump's Early Inaction on the Virus will end up costing over 100,000 unnecessary deaths), I can't really blame his supporters for grasping at wild-eyed straws like this utterly absurd "unmasking" fixation.

Says the guy who promised not to post again if Trump got elected?
Don't get me wrong, I think Biden is the best the Dems have and I cannot wait to see the first debate where FOX fills the first row with underage girls with every color hair imaginable. At that point in time, Flynn will be pardoned and be but a brief mention by Trump just to see the blank stare on Biden's face.

I seem to remember a certain john kerry negotiating with iran when trump blew the iran deal. Seems alot worse to me then a future administration talking to a potential deal.

Aren't Rape and Bribery also felonies?

And the illegal spying on Trump and the railroading of Flynn by a crooked FBI/DOJ/CIA/ and Special Prosecutor.

THE LEFT IS WHAT IT ONCE LOATHED.

Compare the current progressive view about civil liberties against the old liberal positions of the past.

Surveillance and spying on U.S. citizens? Remember liberal Senator Frank Church of Idaho and his 1975 post-Watergate select Senate investigative committee? It found the CIA, FBI, and NSA improperly over three decades had tapped into the phones of Americans, opened their mail, and worked with telecommunications companies to monitor the data of supposedly suspect politicians, actors, celebrities, and political activists. “Collusion” with the communists and the Russians was often the pretense to surveil American citizens.

The Left’s position had once mostly been that the government’s unelected deep-state intelligence officers simply had too much power to trust.

Indeed, the ACLU was outraged at what the committee revealed. Church was deified as a liberal hero uncovering government abuse. About the worst thing a government could do, liberals reminded us, was to spy on its own citizens.

Why, it’s almost as if the word “liberal” was a giant stolen base itself.

All Flynn did was ask them to not escalate, when the Ambassador bought it up. This is not a point under contention, they have the transcript because they were spying on Flynn at the time without FISA authorization.

What would they prefer, that Flynn ask Russia, a nuclear power TO ESCALATE?

Obama dishonored the office, but Trump is making it great again. As soon as Durham issues his report explaining what a scummy piece of crap Obama was, Trump should promptly pardon him so we can all move on to his Second Glorious Term!

FLYNN ATTORNEY FILES EMERGENCY APPEAL TO SHUT DOWN DERANGED JUDGE SULLIVAN’S ORDERS, BOOT HIM FROM CASE.

Good Guy Michael Flynn's attorney Sidney Powell on Tuesday filed an emergency writ of mandamus to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals seeking the immediate removal of Crazy Judge Emmet Sulivan from the case -- and saying that under appellate precedent set by the "Fokker Services" case, Crazy Sullivan or his replacement must dismiss the prosecution, as the Justice Department has requested.

Writs of mandamus are extraordinary remedies, appropriate when there has been a "usurpation of judicial power" that is "clear and indisputable" -- and Crazy Sullivan's behavior fits the bill. Powell pointed in particular to Crazy Sullivan's bizarre suggestion in December 2018 that Flynn had "sold out his country" and could have been prosecuted for "treason," as well as Crazy Sullivan's misstatements on the facts of the case.

His mental grasp of the facts of the case has slumped all the way down to Bidenesque.
