It may yet go to the full appeals court who still may decide to put the Russian ally where he belongs, IN PRISON.

Flynn plead guilty. He is guilty.

Now the AG, Dirty Donnie’s personal lawyer, got him off. Political corruption at its clearest.

I’m going to love it when Democrats get to do the same. The screaming and wailing by the right will be epic. And they will be reminded that they set this precedent.

We have never had such direct and obvious White House control of our supposedly independent Justice Department in my life before this. Barr has to go.

    The Good Guys Win Again!

JUDGING THE FLYNN CASE JUDGE: A three-judge panel from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. has basically ordered Judge Sullivan to dismiss the case against General Flynn. High time. Alas, the decision was 2-1.

Powerline’s Scott Johnson has posted the majority opinion. Choice quote:

“The Flynn case constitutes a sidebar to the biggest political scandal in American history by far. One can only hope that this is, as it should be, the end of the road for this utterly disgraceful case.”

In 2016, we took away their toys and they have not forgiven us since. It didn't matter WHICH Republican ran, the left got all geeked-up with the Hitler claims. (I read today they'll forget that when the next GOP Hitler comes along, and then drag him in to criticize the new Hitler.)

It's hard to let go but it's pointless to get worked up over candidates as bad as the bunch that Biden just beat. This really is their best, a multiple loser with memory issues who just found out the University of Michigan WILL NOT host the June 15 debate for fear of COVID-spreading. Gretchen Whitmer needed that debate for her own VP aims, yet she allowed the school to say no. That kind of backstage maneuvering is always fun to watch.

    Who will appeal the ruling?
What makes you think any such court will make such a ruling?

Hopefully, you are wise enough to understand the government had no real case and coerced his confession. Love to see Flynn recover his lost assets form your tax money.

    Utter hilarity.

Are we forgetting about the "wingman" AG?

Are we forgetting about 4 years of DOJ contempt of Congress?

Are we forgetting about Presidential executive privilege being invoked to try and cover the DOJ wingman's ass?

Fast and furious was an extension of the Bush era operation Wide Receiver conducted by the same Arizona office of the ATF.

Which doesn't change the outrageous collusion between Obama and the DOJ a bit.

It was an operation approved by the Justice Department of the prior administration.

And it was an operation that was perpetuated and then covered up by the Obama administration via collusion between Obama and his DOJ, right?

Please correct me if this is wrong.

Obama was colluding with his wingman, Eric Holder, to withhold Fast and Furious evidence that the courts had ordered be turned over. Obama invoked executive privilege to try and cover for his wingman, but it was rejected. Holder was found to be in contempt, and, after four years of defiance and collusion, Obama and his DOJ lost, and they were forced to comply.

Bull! Restitution should be made by the perpetrators.

All legal costs, lost salary, and the damage to his reputation.

Agree but the perpetrators draw their money from the taxpayers. Unless Flynn has a civil case.

Didn't need to read past "The Republican-led House of Representatives".
If you object to Obama "covering" for Holder, why aren't you objecting to Barr "covering" for Dirty Donnie ? Or Dirty Donnie dismissing Berman ?

Sorry but your objection is dripping with partisan bul***** and whataboutism solely to justify the corrupt clown in office.
