Justice Department dropping the case against Michael Flynn.

The Republicans did it all through the courts when they went after Obama and his DOJ wingman. They submitted their legitimate complaints to the courts, real subpoenas were issued, and real contempt charges were slapped on the wingman. It was a long, slow, and legitimate process, and Obama and his wingman got rightfully hammered.

If the Democrats have a problem with how Trump and Barr are conducting their business, they should tell it to a judge, like the Republicans did.

If the Democrats ever work up the nerve to take any of their weak crap to the courts, like the Republicans did, maybe then you'll have a point, and maybe then it'll be "whataboutism".

Israeli policy has little to do with Obama's dislike for Flynn. It was Flynn's actions while at the DIA - respect to Syria - and discussion of these actions after the fact that had/has Obama in hysterics.

Flynn was telling the administration that the insurgency in Syria was Islamist Jihadists - led by Al Qaeda and other spawn of the same extremist ilk - right at the beginning - shortly after armed conflict broke out - and that this Jihadist movement was directed at setting up new caliphate.

At the time Obama was "covertly" leading a large coalition of nations in an effort to arm, support and supply this call to holy Jihad.

As predicted by declassified DIA documents - set up a caliphate is exactly what these nut-jobs did. With the support of major nation states - the Jihadist army was took over most of Syria in less than 2 years. In late 2013 a new Islamic State was declared - and horror reigned down on the people in those cities - a real life strict sharia nightmare - dark age style. Daily executions, rape, force marriage, genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes.

This is Obama's legacy - and the history books have already been written.

There are many but the DIA documents and Flynn's commentary with respect them warning the WH numerous- about the nature of those they were supporting. There are others but this is one of the big smoking guns.

In 2014 the caliphate - Islamic State - expanded into Iraq. Now we were allied with ISIS in Syria but Fighting them in Iraq - creating an obvious problem - given the Admin wanted to continue supporting the Jihadist movement in Syria.

Then came the "Moderate Rebel Lie" - trying to pretend that there was some moderate fighting force of significance. A total farce it was. We spend something like 500 million training 70 or so "so called" moderate rebels - who immediately defected and gave their arms to Al Nusra. This was a sham in order to prop up a lie.

 

Revenge fantasies.

 

The Appeal court's ruling proves that the Judge overstepped his legal bounds in the case. The exculpatory evidence proves that the prosecution was illegal. Obama pushed for the right people to investigate Flynn. Biden pushed for the DOJ to use the unconstitutional untried Logan Act as a reason for continuing the investigation. Comey stated that it appeared that Flynn was not lying, but he still authorized Peter Strzok and company to go to White House with the stated reason of entrapping Flynn. The DOJ prosecutors then illegally coerced Flynn to plead guilty. These same prosecutors illegally withheld Brady evidence from the defense team.

IMHO that is plenty of evidence to prove the prosecution was illegal, but I do know of what your worried about. If Biden is indicted for his role in this fake prosecution, then it would hamper his election chances. How many GOP, Libertarians or Independents would vote for a President who would spend his time in a prison cell? I'm betting, not many!

 

What goes around comes around. The Republicans have been doing this for decades.
