    Ginsburg is why they fought so hard against Kavanaugh

    The Democrat wrath against Judge Brett Kavanaugh made little sense last September because his vote was not considered a swing vote. Democrats beclowned themselves with allegations from a perjuring professor and silly nonsense about fart jokes in his high school yearbook. WHY? Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

    President Donald J. Trump will likely replace RBG, the lovechild of the left, and so will remake the Supreme Court for a generation. The Democrats threw the kitchen sink to win the Senate in November 2018, and failed, miserably.

    Opposition incumbent senators have a 96% chance of re-election in a midterm.

    President Trump dumped four -- the most since 1934.

    Her departure would leave an opportunity for Clarence Thomas to retire, assured of a successor who will be as conservative, greatly lengthening the conservative era of the high court.

    that's more then a year away
    I don't think she will last that long so kiss another seat goodbye and hello to a generation of a conservative supreme court
    and don't forget republicans control the senate the chamber that approves supreme court nomination and thanks to Reid it takes just a majority vote now
    so Ginsburg can die a week before election day and the senate can have a new justice confirmed and on the bench before then

    If the right didn't have a problem with the court being down one member for a year to deny NG a vote, then you got no reason to be taken seriously now. So quite your two faced whining it's gotten old.I swear you righties got to be the most sissy pants people ever.

    The SCOTUS can function with 8 Justices...it can't when one seat is being filled by someone unfit to hold the position. RBG can't take a breath to make it to work.
