    That is a total JOKE.

    Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch could miss oral arguments and it wouldn't affect their vote one bit.

    They know how they are going to vote (knee jerk Conservative) before the case is even heard.

    Takes a nap? She had a very good record with attendance even through health issues until recently. She isn't missing stuff for shits and gigs.

    She's having a bout of poor health. She's 85 with cancer, that's normal. Let's all hope she retires and lives a long life.

And I don't think you have a clue what rbg does and does not do. 8 people were fine, no problem at all, untill it was no longer convenient and then all of a sudden the narrative changes.     It's not a complicated issue at all, if 8 members were fine for a year then 8 members are fine till rbg makes a recovery or decides to step down. You trying to make it look any other way is bullshit that makes it obvious you have a differant set of standards for one than you do the other.
