    "7-3 Court"?

That would be quite a trick with ONLY 9 Justices.

Do tell me more about that 7-3 Court.

What's wrong with appointing a judge while still in office?

    Nothing.

And if Trump gets to fill a vacancy, McConnell will ram it through.

goalpost? Do you know there is a difference between being a Dem, and being a Democratic candidate for president? I realize that 25 candidates seems like a lot, but …. they can't be expected to represent every possible view of a member of the party.

BS. Republicans supported abortion in real life is just as high for those who can afford it. . They just don’t want it available to the poor. Like everything else they support, it’s the rich get options and the poor get the shaft.

Of course, you know so much more about women’s health issues then they do.

It hasn't been legal to throw babies into dumpsters for quite a while….where did you get the idea it was legal and that women did that????

It recognizes an aborted baby as a person which is the big issue that the abortion fanatics did not want.

    :) NOTHING will end abortions.

No laws, NOTHING...they have been around since about the time humans have been around and will continue as they always have:) :) :) :)

And, no, women won't need coat hangers after they are made slaves, they will have access to underground abortion clinics (sorry to disappoint you).

Except a fetus isn’t a human especially during the first trimester. You realize there are rules on biological disposal already and the only exception was really fetal remains. This no more makes a fetus a human than it makes a removed tumor a baby (which they also have to cremate or store)

    But y’all have y’all s victory party.

Sure you are. We have so many poorly informed experts on the right, it’s hilarious.

It won't matter. The party he represents sure as hell does. Hell hath no fury. I guess the GOP will have to learn that lesson the hard way.

Besides, when has Trump ever not changed his mind. The only time he doesn’t is, no collusion, no collusion, no collusion......
Collusion....of course, the 251 contacts with Russians during the campaign, was just about getting make up for Melania.

    LOL

So what is a fetus, especially during the first trimester? Is it a vegetable, mineral, another animal, or some alien life form from another world and/or dimension that magically becomes human during the second trimester?

BONUS QUESTION: Other than humans, what do men and women create?

As someone who is "pro-Choice" I've always found it amusing how some people try to dance around the fact that the life we humans create - regardless of its stage of development - is always and can only be human.

I’ve always found it sad that the right can have all the empathy in the world for an undeveloped embryo, but once’s it’s a child, they’re fine with denying they and their families healthcare to the tune of 30k deaths per year.

That’s no laughing matter. That was the only option for the poor who couldn’t buy abortions which hypocritical so called pro lifers still had a hand in.

At some time, you have to admit you don’t believe in evolution. Because, for someone who does, it’s reasonable to say that the early term fetus has not evolved into a human being and is father away from being human then a near end term chimpanzee.

If you’re going to go down this road of potentiality, then the right needs to stop following a white supremest and start being more consistent . If you’re pro life, be against capital punishment and supportive if programs that reduce unwanted pregnancies.

At some time you're going to have to face the fact that a human fetus is not a vegetable, mineral, chimpanzee or alien life form from another world and/or dimension that magically becomes human during the second trimester. It is a human fetus, and the stage of development of that human fetus doesn't render it anything other than human.

I'm "pro-Choice", sport, and I'm pro-euthanasia and pro-capital punishment, to boot. There's no need for you to stick your foot in your mouth and remind me of the hypocrisy and inanity of Leftists who can't be consistent about these things and blurt "white supremest" at the drop of a hat.

Then, you don't believe in evolution Tito .
White supremacist can't believe in evolution either. THIS what pro lifers and WS have in common, a distain for poor and monirities which are affected in ways that leave fewer choices. It's the bed pro lifers chose to share with the David Dukes and Trumps of this world. Otherwise, support programs that help the poor first. I don't see birth control as a prolife stance or expanded child care and education for our youth in poorer communities . But then, the WS grip doesn't either.

A zygote that doesn’t have brain or heart function is not human.
It might eventually become one but is not during this phase.

Is an egg a chicken? Or is it an egg?
