Justifiable Homicide and defensive use of guns.

A guy from my neighborhood got hit by a train...he survived. He had brain damage and walked with severe limp but he did survive. Not saying it happens often but to say it’s a “flat out lie” that someone can survive getting hit by a train is incorrect.

The majority of people hit by trains do not survive, yes like all collisions their will be exceptions, but they are rare and commonly leave the survivor basically a vegetable.

The child, who was born prematurely, had a body temperature of just 90 degrees, and the umbilical cord and placenta were still attached.

Gonzalez-Lopez initially claimed that he was the father of the infant and that the child’s mother – his mistress – had left the baby on his doorstep, The Independent reported.

Upon further questioning by police, Gonzalez-Lopez ultimately admitted that his 17-year-old son had impregnated his pre-teen daughter, and that the baby belonged to her, according to The Blaze.

The couple’s son, identified as Norvin Lopez-Cante, told police that he raped his younger sister about 100 times but claimed he did not realize she had become pregnant, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

About 5% of all men and 0.6% of all women become really violent criminals during their lifetimes. That is not many. Also, even these people mostly become what they are because they suffered a lot. Most violent criminals are reformed. Very very few people are truly evil.

 

USA inflicted about 2.5 million civilian losses (total for two wars) on North Korea and Southeast Asia. Very few Muslims commit terrorist acts.

 

I guess there are very very few people who are truly evil. But normal people do not make the news. Thus news consumers see much more evil then there is in ordinary life.

 

You are totally incorrect over 40% of violent criminals, once released, go on to commit more violent crimes and end up back in prison.

The current population of the united states is estimated at being three hundred and thirty million individuals. Five percent of that amount would be approximately sixteen and one half million. Assuming an equal divide between the two genders, that is over eight million violent male individuals currently in the united states. That is approximately one hundred and sixty five thousand violent male individuals for every state. Those are hardly statistics that would amount to being comforting, as it only takes a single individual to engage in mass murder and kill dozens if not hundreds of innocent bystanders.

There are individual in the real world who are so devoid of any legitimate merit in existing, they are not even worth the value of their vital organs on the black market. No amount of whining about the perceived lack of self-worth is going to serve to change such a fact.

If there is truly a legitimate desire on the part of yourself to amount to something or worth, give consideration to others about how to benefit them the most, rather than worrying about being taken care of by others.
