    So true. No one in the liberal media is saying a word about someone who was instrumental in the Obama administration defending the unconstitutional aspects of Obama Care, who is now going to sit in judgment of it. Incredible!

    This is like Judge Vaughn Walker and Prop 8 all over again, only this is worse and much more egregious (considering the implications).
