She's already an accepted member of the black community in important ways, having black ancestry on her father's side, Howard alumna status and Congressional Black Caucus membership. The CBC only admits African-Americans, so they've effectively declared her black. She was on stage at a black awards show this year, adjacent to Cory Booker. Birther type attacks against her won't get much traction. Shirley Chisolm was a founding CBC member.

She’d make short work of Trump. First of all, she’s a prosecutor, with a prosecutor’s eye toward going for the jugular. He is a genius at lowbrow television marketing, playing the star of a daily tv reality show, which is all his Administration really boils down to being. Trump is peevish, takes everything personally, not very smart, given to tantrums, and insists on always having the last word. He has made a prize fool of himself repeatedly due to these traits. The most spectacular disaster he unleashed on himself was when he talked himself right into a government shutdown. Harris would rock him back on his heels right away, and never let up. And she knows full well how to step back and let Trump bluster and blunder his way into looking like the fool that he really is.

Her father is decendent from the 10% of Jamaicans that were east indian. They were the slave owning class on that island. The remaining 90% were african slaves. Here's Kamalas great grandmother, her fathers grandmother. She had a plantation and slaves.
Look at the woman. Her hair is nappy. Her nose is broad. Her skin is not white. What I currently believe is that this woman's father was a white plantation owner who slept with a black slave. Hence, this woman's appearance ... This would just give Kamala even more in common with other American blacks.
That isn't the case, from anything I have read about this. I don't know that there were many white plantation owners in Jamaica at the time, and even if there were-she was from the slave owning class. Again you are assuming things based on her skin tone and hair type.
