I think it's a false choice. Right now the money you pay into insurance companies goes into a big account, from which CEOs paid up to 300 times the average pay of the insurance company's workers. Does contributing to that excess make you happier than having your money go into an account from which medical bills are paid to everyone needing them, including you and your children?

It's not spin. Obama inherited an economic disaster from Bush. He dealt with it as best he could, especially considering he had a Republican obstructionist Congress for six of his eight years. Keep in mind, Congress controls the money, not the President. N Korea hasn't finished testing missles.
