The problem I see here as far as charging her with lying is proving that she is a liar instead of a normal no nothing Trump agent.

Lying, misrepresentation and violating her oath of office are violations of the Attorney's Canon of Ethics. Conway violated those Canons.

Just so happens this female "flunky" is the first woman to successfully run a presidential campaign. So, if these high minded legal eagles had any sense real ethics I'm pretty sure they'd find far more egregious offenses committed by lawyers while acting as legal counsel.

Professional standards boards do just that.

Right now they're focusing on a habitual liar and ethics violator named Kellyanne Conway.

I doubt that Ms. Conway is laughing.

I think lying is common in both her professional fields, lawyer & politicians. I think she misspoke a couple of times. I haven't decided if I think she lying like Susan Rice & Barak Obama or whether it was an honest mistake. There's enough truth in her revised statement to make it seem like it could have been an honest mistake. But then it can go the other way and be just enough truth to be a well thought out lie.

    If not she should be.

Misspoke "a couple of times?" Seriously? She's such a habitual liar that news shows won't book her. Why do you think she's gone completely silent?

Great advice. Laugh at the DC Bar Association when accused of a Canon of Ethics violation.

Somehow, there is always a bit of poetic justice when lawyers attempt to eat one of their own.

That being said, I am of the opinion Conway gives bottom feeding lawyers an even worse name. There is spin and then there is outright lying in the face of facts. Conway embodies the latter.

So, please tell us who these lawyers are and what their political affiliations are, as you evidently appear very familiar with them.

She might be a flunky, but she is still bound by a code of ethics-something which you evidently consider as irrelevant as her boss does. Maybe ambulance chasing is more her thing.

    Fake News: Groundless, Baseless clickbait.

Academia has a prejudice problem: It’s bias against conservatives, Republicans and libertarians. But help may be on the way.

None at all. From Cattle futures to White Water to what the meaning "is" is....I'd bet heavily this group has never filed a joint complaint with the Bar in OK or DC against the Clinton's or any other Democrat with a law degree, even the tax cheats like Charley Rangel.

Who is going to sanction her? She's not practicing law. How will they suspend or disbar someone who isn't legally licensed? More fake and manufactured news.

Bill Clinton committed perjury and obstruction of justice in a federal court and a federal grand jury and the left complained about trying to hold him accountable and refused to remove him from office.

    Now this trivial complaint?

She's fine. Trump sinks everyone that takes him on, even the academic/legal junta.

letter to the Association of American Law Schools: Stop Political Discrimination.

There is growing awareness that conservative and libertarian scholars are grossly underrepresented in American colleges and universities and that this imbalance results from political discrimination.

    Bigotry and discrimination

    Randy Barnett for SCOTUS

The First Step to Improving Intellectual Diversity, is to Acknowledge There Is A Problem.

Fortunately, there is a way to resolve this deadlock. The American Association of Law Schools (AALS) maintains extensive records of applicants on the entry-level hiring market through the Faculty Appointments Register (FAR). With proper protections for confidentiality, scholars can systematically compare the intellectual diversity of the applicant pool, with those in fact hired for tenure-track positions. The AALS granted access to the 2007 FAR registry to Professors Trace E. George and Albert H. Yoon. Their research considered how hiring was impacted by an applicant’s race, gender, clerkship, alma mater, advance degrees, and other factors. (Among their findings, “at the intermediate call-back interview stage … women and non-whites are statistically significantly more likely to be invited for a job talk interviews,” but are “no more likely than similarly situated men and whites to get a job offer.”). George and Yoon’s important work, however, did not focus on intellectual diversity.

Title IX expansion to protect viewpoint discrimination, it's what's for dinner.

Can Diversity Of Thought Co-Exist With Diversity?

    http://blog.simplejustice.us/2017/02/26/can-diversity-of-thought-co-exist-with-diversity/

The bigotry directed at Kelly Ann is due to her viewpoint. She is the first woman in American History to direct a winning Presidential campaign. Yet the Left hates here, because she isn't a lockstep peon on the Liberal Plantation.

She probably spewed her coffee across the table when she read about it.

How was she acting as an officier of the court when she made the statements to which the complaint is referring?
