Not really that much of a stretch. The Ethics Opinion 323 seems to anticipate the application to an Attorney being employed by the government in a non-representational role. Its a small extension from there to an appointment by the POTUS.

However, if she doesn't have a current licence, I'm not sure whether she is required to abide by any ethical code.

The Obama White House, the Clinton State Department, the CIA and the U.S. military all knew in less than an hour that it was a Islamist terrorist attack and for two weeks the Obama White House and the Crooked Hillary State Department conducted a cover up denying that it was a terrorist attack but instead blamed a video.

Why was there a cover up ???

The community organizer Barack Obama was running for reelection and Obama's platform was "Al Qaeda was being decimated and was on the run." One mucho grande lie.

I said it was irrelevant, not that it was worthless and not warranting a response. It did reveal you have nothing of substance to add to the discussion. But if you are here to play some sort of baiting game, I can simply ignore you in the future.

 

She is not acting in her professional capacity as an attorney and 323 states acting in their profession which she is not as a political counselor and spokesperson.

 

So, the counselor to the president of the United States has not acted in a deceitful and unethical manner?
