Did Republicans riot and march in the streets, demanding that the election results be overturned? Did they whine like little babies who had their bottles taken away?

Totally a different scene. What exactly is it that YOU don't understand? Or is it that you don't want to understand?

 

Supply the exact names of all those who feel hurt by the election. What exactly are they so pissed about, except that they lost. You supply your "credible source" and it cannot be the lying main stream media.

The only reason rent is high in our cities is that people want to live there instead of other places.

But, it's great that there are many who want to live in other places, too.

Greater freedoms of speech; plenty of public outdoor spaces - parks, paths, squares; public art, more libraries, forward looking, technology friendly, tolerant of minority groups, bike friendly, gun control.

The more liberal cities also tend to have a public university within it's core. The University of Colorado in Boulder, the University of Washington in Seattle, Portland State in Portland, the University of Texas in Austin, the University of Wisconsin in Madison.

When one compares gun restrictions with gun deaths one finds that those states such as Rhode Island, Hawaii, and Massachusetts have both strict gun laws and a low rate of death by gun. In those states where gun laws are lax and gun ownership is high, places like Lousiana, Mississippi, and Alaska the rate of gun death is high. You may think that Detroit, DC, and Chicago are so bad but statistically one is far more likely to be shot with a gun in Wyoming than in Illinois. Here in very liberal Portland Oregon the murder rate is one tenth of the the national average.

 

They entire nation upchucked Obama like gas station sushi and that's a fact. Its time you accept the reality that elections have consequences. And one of your consequences of the election is going to watch us decide how things are gonna be for a few years. Sorry I know this is difficult for the left but we do not have trophies for you, nor are we going to give you a pizza party at pizza hut after the election for participating. We don't have safe spaces for you to cry nor do we have petting ponies.
