In fact, there is a spreading typhus epidemic in parts of LA County. LA's DP pols are addressing this failure of government by fumigating City Hall.

 

A little bit after writing this I realized that most people wouldn't know the "I voted for Nader" joke.

He had a lot of projected support, it was constantly in the news, will he or wont he etc. but his supporter either forgot to go to the polls or just didn't go so in hindsight voting for him became sort of ridiculous. After that it became kind of a joke used in situations like: a married couple are fighting over the proper way to stack dishes in the sink and try to get you involved. You say I voted for Nader and walk off into the sunset finally a winner.

 

Schultz should make for a fantastic 'Naderesque' candidate & watching the Dems squirm in their futility of thought (trying to come up with an inspiring, + message) doesn't disappoint either.
