It is his private property he can do what he like with it. Anything else is an attack on his free speech. However the best I cans ee here is causing a public disturbance in which case they would make him lower the signs so they aren't leaning over the community like that.

Absolutely right. Acceptable signs say things like "straight white males should be tortured to death."

 

...my neighbor has threaten to shoot me and my dogs but since he was on his property I really couldn't do anything about it because I know he'd bring in the law if I did...but I got one eye on him at all times, and on the day he steps one foot on my property, I will be thankful to whoever (if it is god) that brought him there...
