I was a lot happier with that pic until I saw her tampon hook on the trigger! I would not be opposed to seeing more of this if it's laying around...

What's the big deal here? If you are actually "defending your home" then why does it matter what type of firearm you use?

And there's the ridiculous. For the life of me I never have understood people that have nothing left of logic to finish with nonsense, it seems a better look to just end it on an intelligent note *Shrugs*

You seem emotional about this. My intention was not to upset you.

As you cannot demonstrate the necessity for, or efficacy of, the restrictions you seek to lay on the exercise of the right to keep and bear arms by the law abiding, there can be no "reason" to them.

There is nothing reasonable about what Biden and congressional democrats are proposing.

Well, there's a bit of trigger slap going on and they're holding their tummies in and not full exhaling.

I don't find it unreasonable that it is illegal to lend someone your licensed gun. I also have no problem with extending the wait period to 10 days for retail stores. Nor do I see a problem with the FBI's right to withhold the right to purchase a gun. Why do you find them unreasonable?

How is it necessary and effective to require a license to exercise a right?
How is in necessary and effective to make it illegal to lend a gun to a friend?
Absent probable cause or reasonable suspicion, how it is necessary and effective to deny the exercise of a right for an arbitrary number of days?

No one is taking your guns. It is frequently accused, but has never happened. Owning a gun is a huge responsibility - as is driving a car. So I see no problem with putting safeguards in place to ensure the gun does not land in the wrong/unsafe hands.

You want to lay restrictions on the exercise of a fundamental right specifically protected by the constitution.
For you to do so and not violate the constitution, you must demonstrate the restriction is necessary, effective, and the least restrictive means to achieve a specific compelling state interest.
If you cannot demonstrate these things, there's no rational reason for those restrictions to be laid - "I think its a good idea" doesn't cut it, and doesn't make it "reasonable".

I have a gun collection. When I buy a new gun, I have to wait 10 days. How does this benefit society?

I prefer to say "light in the loafers Lindsay". It's more kind.

They figure if you want to run out and shoot someone, you'll want to wait for your "new gun". So they force you to use one of your old guns.
