Gee all is lost, the sky is falling again. First of all, the National Enquirer refused to release this story of sex and lust. That means one thing, it was not factual. Second, Trump told Cohen to make sure there was a paper trail. Why would a guilty person want a paper trail that leads back to him? It seems more likely that he viewed this as blackmail and wanted evidence to protect himself.

Nobody has been charged yet. First Mueller has to wrap up. The government always swears an affidavit before being granted a warrant, without exception in our system. They swear that the evidence presented is of the highest caliber, that the facts presented are complete and accurate.

You think it's legal for an opposing campaign to go buy a bunch of 3rd and 4th hand unsourced smears from Kremlin operatives and then use this as part of the foundation for securing a spying warrant on the opposing campaign?
