Micheal Dunn Charged With First Degree Murder In Slaying of Teen over Loud Music

If you don't know, I believe that debating would be a waste of time.

And, when I went to your profile and looked at ALL the comments you made today, on several different threads, there is a very strong sense of where you are coming from. ALL your comments include references to "race" or "skin color," And all the comments made about Black people are NEGATIVE, while comments made about White people are "POSITIVE."

Here is one example, simply on a Olympic related thread:

Zimmerman and Dunn are not that different, just as Trayvon and Jordan are not that different!. . .And the people who support both of those arrogant bastards are pretty much the same in "blaming the victim" and defending FAKE "self-defense" pleas.

Just as you don't seem to care whether an AMERICAN athlete wins a gold medal, or a NORWEGIAN athlete wins a gold medal. . .as long as it is a WHITE athlete.

There have been several Asian NBA players. What happened with Lin was that he happened to play for the New York Knicks, and he was dropping 30 a game. Everybody was tuning in to see an Asian dominate the game. How many people are watching Jermey Lin right now? How many people even know what team he plays for?

Furthermore, Asians are always looked at as if they aren't from here anyway. His family still had ties in the old country, therefore people from there had an interest in him.

 

My family still has ties to the 'old country' in Europe.......so is it OK for me to cheer for White athletes .....or do you have a complete double standard? Rhetorical question since I know the answer...........

 

Whether people want to admit it or not, demographics and political affiliation of the jury will matter a lot.

If Dunn gets a couple of white conservatives on his jury that aren't too fond of blacks, he probably walks, despite the fact that the evidence doesn't support his account.

 

Actually I couldn't care less who you cheered for.

 

He shot up an SUV from his car..then ran away.

He also shot at the vehicle as it was fleeing. An eye witness also heard him say "you're not going to talk to me like that!"

So even if the first volley of shots was justified (which there isn't any evidence to support that), the second volley of shots wasn't. He undoubtedly should spend some time in jail, but since it's the south, I'm not entirely convinced he will.

 

South or not there's enough evidence I don't think the guys got a chance of getting out of this.

 

Actually the police found a weapon on Jordan Davis and it was presented as evidence in the trial.

His friends who said there were no weapons in the Durango were lying. That's a proven fact.
