    He did. Even said to give him a ticket and he'd pay it.
    Also, his comment about not pulling his hands out of his pockets, again, because he had something in them makes a lot of sense since it wasn't all that long ago that police killed a young man for having a phone in his hand. If I were a young black man I'd be damn sure my hands are empty when I pull them out of my pockets and I sure wouldn't want them to think I was up to something as I removed them and would tell them so, like he did.

    I hope that if he does sue the city I hope that he donates the full amount to a program to modify cars and vans for the handicapped or other services like door to door transport of same.

    Yea maybe they should have given him a beat down like the cops used to do back in the day.

    Yea I can see a man getting 5 to 10 for parking in a handicap parking spot. smfh.

    No, but we have laws against illegal search and seizure. Americans citizens have rights, and the police must follow those also.

    The police completely escalated this to something it did not need to be. Really, they needed 8 cops for a bad parking job ? When 8 cops surround you, your going to feel threatened. And said, he should have just taken his hands out for his pockets and it may have leveled things out. But you also have to put yourself in the black mans shoes and understand the recent history in this country. The police power dynamic has shifted greatly.

    Cops have a job to do when you respond to the cop with a “no” you are resisting. Do you encourage more blacks to talk to cops this way? Yes or no?

    Don't mistake our dubious response to your claims of injustice for "denial", it's just that the claim is often refuted, by video.

    It's a "wait until the facts come out" thing, you wouldn't understand.

    I was in the back of a cop car hand cuffed and the black cop kept slamming on the breaks! Slamming my head on the glass. I Didn’t cry, I was an ***** I deserved it.

    What does "blacks" have to do with it ?

    You know the police cannot ask you for your ID without probable cause right ? And telling an officer "no" is not resisting. Thats beyond ridiculous

    But lets be clear here. I did say he should have complied and this would not be an issue. But also understand that they brought in 8 cops for a parking violation. Do you think the "black" felt threatened ?
