Not conners! Cunning would be more like it. You know the Turks had a saying that one Greek in business was worth two Jews, and one Armenian was worth two Greeks. The Jews in Germany had a saying that one Jew was worth two Germans in Business, so does that mean that one Armenian is worth eight Germans? Just curious!
The reason corruption is more prevalent in Eastern European nations than in Western Europe, is because they are Orthodox nations, and the Orthodox faith always made allowances for human weakness. The emphasis of the Church was always on a person's heart, rather than ethical stringency.

Notice seven of the top ten countries with the least corruption are constitutional monarchies? Scandinavian countries, Australia, Canada, Netherlands and New Zealand.
