You know, I know, this entire board knows that many liberals and just about every progressive wants open borders, they just won't come out and say it. When the left wants to keep our borders open by opposing any sort of barrier, wants to get rid of ICE, wants to give free healthcare, education and other freebies to illegals all while protecting them in their sanctuary cities and not just opposing the feds from taking them, but intentionally hindering the feds and then using tax payer money to pay for the lawyers used by illegals - what would you call that? When people literally brag about being a sanctuary city, what would you call that? When judges let illegals slip out the back door or when governors pardon illegals as to protect them from deportation, what would you call that?

We have watched the "american" left adopt socialist/marxist techniques, policies, and be "mentored" by marxists.

15 years ago lefties balked at the idea that they were socialists (it was a lie, due to the poor reputation of socialism) now they wear the label proudly-which is good because they were challenged to come out of the marxist closet.

I've read commentary that suggests the DNC is wigging out not about adopting socialist policies, but that the open socialists are doing it too "loudly". I think there is something to that.
