The grand jury determined that there was insufficient evidence of a crime. Not that Officer Wilson's version of events was fact. The physical evidence can't speak to whether or not he was surrendering. Your claim that the eyewitnesses said he was charging the cop is a misrepresentation of the evidence. Most of the eyewitnesses did not say that.

Go back and read the transcripts and then post where it is that is in those transcripts where it agrees with your misrepresentations.

Not "all". There were two. TWO. And you've been shown and told repeatedly that no only were they discredited, they even changed and/or retracted their own stories.

There aren't any eyewitnesses. Not anymore. The eyewitnesses you claim don't exist. They retracted their stories when they were confronted with the physical evidence.

Yes it is true. You just refuse to accept it.

Um... he got shot through the top of the head? Therefore his head was down at the exact instant he got shot? And several eyewitnesses corroborate that?

The angle of entry and trajectory of the bullet are physical evidence. Have you read the medical examiner's report?

There's nothing here Ronstar, no matter how much you continue to assert and insist that there is.

This is seriously getting to the point where you (and liberals in general) are starting to make complete fools of themselves. No one's going to let you run the country if you keep doing stuff like this. People are scared to death of politicians that try to conjure up reality, that kind of propaganda smacks of Stalin and Mao and Hitler and that kinda cr*p will never fly in America. In spite of Jonathan Gruber's opinion, most Americans are perfectly capable of discerning reality and do so on a continuing basis based on the information they're getting real time.

What's obvious here is that liberals are trying to control the information flow, and that will not work, they'll get so much pushback on that they'll have egg all over their face and every other body part, and their name will be mud for generations to come. Why do you think people are pissed about government wiretapping? It's exactly for that reason.

Get over it, Ronstar. You fell for the BS propaganda this time, and you need to let go of it. Michael Brown does not deserve what happened in Ferguson. He wasn't that much of an upstanding human being, that random liberals should be singing his praises. The leftists are earning themselves plenty of political resentment on this issue right now, and I positively guarantee it's going to affect the 2016 elections. This is front and center on every TV station in the country right now, there is no part of America that's missing this.

Notice how Hillary Clinton has been conspicuously silent on this issue. She's not getting involved. That would have been the smart thing for the president to do too. Presidents shouldn't get involved in local issues, they should be out there fighting ISIS and Ebola and taking care of all the other international issues. If the people in Ferguson have a problem with the cops they should take it up with the Democratic city council or the Democratic state legislature or the Democratic governor. The shop owners in Ferguson who are trying to eek out a meager living have nothing to do with it.

If you haven't reviewed the evidence that was made available yourself, you should refrain from commenting.

I agree, so let's see that post of yours that supports your misrepresentation about witness #10 ( if I recall correctly) and the 3 others who corroborate Wilson's account completely who said that Brown did not put his hands up in surrender and that Brown charged officer Wilson. Your attempt to make it sound like most of the eye witnesses didn't agree with Wilson's account were the ones who were accurate is an epic fail. I think it would be fair to say that most of those eye witnesses were properly deemed to be unreliable due to their fabrications and stories that kept changing.

Then you agree that the claim that the evidence and the witnesses say he charged the cop is a misrepresentation. Most of the eyewitnesses didn't say that and the pphysical evidence doesn't say one way or the other. The reality is, the burden of proof under Missouri law was on the state to produce evidence that the officer's story was false. The grand jury ruled, correctly, that that burden was not met and there was insufficient evidence to indict. That doesn't mean the evidence proves the officer's claims, only that it doesn't disprove them. We'll probably never know exactly what happened.

Some witnesses said Mr. Brown never moved toward Officer Wilson when he was shot and killed. Most of the witnesses said the shots were fired as he moved toward Officer Wilson. The St. Louis County prosecutor said the most credible witnesses reported that Mr. Brown charged toward the officer. Officer Wilson also said that Mr. Brown charged at him, making “a grunting, like aggravated sound.”

Some witnesses said that Mr. Brown had his hands in the air. Several others said that he did not raise his hands at all or that he raised them briefly, then dropped them and turned toward the officer. Others described the position of his arms as out to the side, in front of him, by his shoulders or in a running position.

for some reason, the jurors chose to disregard those witnesses who said he was not charging the cop, and had his hands raised or to his side.

Aah yes, the witnesses that also claimed that Brown was shot in the back and after he was down, even though forensic analysis proved differently. We do understand that most Progressive Socialists are for the most part Grubered by the Obama race mongers.

If he was bent forward with his head down like in charge his head would have been part of the center mass. Give it up Ron think about this . IF the dog had not stopped to take a (*)(*)(*)(*) he would have won the race.

the cop was almost as tall as Brown. all Brown had to do was bend his head forward from pain, and the shot to the head gets him.

its not evidence that he was rushing the cop like a bull, only that his head was bent slightly downward.

let's remember he had already been shot several times.

OJ had mountains of evidence against him for killing 2 people in cold blooded murder and he was acquitted and millions of people were happy.
Officer Wilson was acting in self-defense and there is no evidence against him and he was acquitted and millions of people are unhappy.

Anyone else see a huge double-standard?

I see. You're hung up on the idea that the eyewitnesses contradict each other?

Well, I can see you're new to forensics. Eyewitnesses always contradict each other.

The job of the forensics analyst, and in this case the grand jury, is to line up all the testimony with all the evidence, and see what matches and what doesn't.

You're here making some very broad statements without having studied the evidence, whereas the grand jury looked at every shred of evidence multiple times.

And it's clear no one's convinced there's anything further worth looking at.

Maybe Holder will bring federal charges, but I seriously doubt it. There's nothing to charge him for, there's no evidence. If there were, this case would have gone to trial.

Oh come on. See what I mean? Now you're getting ridiculous. Come on Ronstar, it's okay to accept the truth. Really it is.

You're having the same problem the Neo-Cons were having back in '08, they just couldn't accept the truth, and that's why they are where they are today, which is nowhere.

This stuff is giving progressives a very bad name. First you shove a horrible healthcare "solution" down our throats, and now you're instigating riots in cities all over the country based on false and outlandish accusations.

This stuff is not gonna fly. You think you guys are pissed? The Tea Party is twice as pissed off as you are, and they're not out there burning down the nearest grocery store (after looting it). This stuff is creating a perception of an unsavory element in American society that needs to be put down (and hint, it ain't the cops).

Do I detect a bit of anger in that post? Attacking me rather than the facts seem to be your aim in life. It's a pity that you can't stick to the facts. But that's what you do....

People can speculate all they like that the officer did this or did that. Truth is there is no video, eye witness accounts changed by the minute, autopsy reports came out, eye witness accounts changed. Accounts were that he was shot in the back and then changed when the autopsy proved there was no shots to the back. Truth is there is no evidence. Regardless if one speculates that that the police officer might be guilty of something -- there IS NO EVIDENCE. When there is no evidence, there is no case. The only choice was to acquit.

Brown's and Wilson's height is evidence.

the kill shot to the top of Brown's head is evidence.

he may have indeed been surrendering.

People tend to forget how a justice system works. It is understandable to be upset. It is human nature. Unlike in the political realm there are only one set of facts. The left and right will both be presented with them, and they will have to make judgements based off that. There is a big "Race" "Issue" that has been born in the US as of late. Would there be upsets of the rolls were reversed? Doubtful. There is only one Justice, there is no fair, and the truth will always come out.

With no beyond a reasonable doubt you don't have a case and cant have victory.

The Grand Jury found otherwise. Why do you think you have more evidence than they had?

    Delusional much?
