    They already have several times what more are they going to say OH we lied to Mueller? Testify to what, no criminal charges were referred to the House.

    With the Castro Brothers leading the charge, Putin is again helping the Democrats shape an election. He should have learned from 2016. Democrats aren't good an anything, to include cheating.

    Mueller's team made no criminal referral, the AG, the DAG and OLC made no criminal referral. Who made a criminal referral?

    Impeaching is just a matter of doing it. Actually removing him from office is considerably more difficult and there is not a chance in the world of that actually happening. The impeachment part is just more political theater and a complete waste of time. But that is what this democratic congress does best.

    Hicks refused to answer most of the questions they asked. I don't think McGahn has testified in front of the House.

    Clearly this is designed to have those two testify publicly to what they told Mueller. Some of their testimony was crucial in the evidence of obstruction Mueller included in the report.

    Perhaps the difference is just semantic but I think's it's slightly misleading to say "impeachment is on" because Nadler made a reference to obtaining evidence so a judgement can be made about writing articles of impeachment.

    This is all about Nadler's Iran deal. Trump took it away. Nadler wants it back. Nadler is tied in with Ezra Friedlander, a foreign agent for Qatar, Iran's partner in a natural gas field.

    I say "impeachment is on" because Nadler said these are formal impeachment proceedings. Impeachment is a process. And it has started. I can't think of a better way to say it than "impeachment is on"

    The questions they refused to answer will now have to be answered.

    The question the Dems have been struggling with is, do they do the right thing for the Constitution, or the best thing for the next election.

    But it seems that the good argument won the day. It is their most profound Constitutional duty to pursue impeachment regardless of the consequences. Whether or not the republicans will step up and do the right thing in the Senate is irrelevant. They cannot allow trump's behavior to become normalized.

    Just like "collusion", "formal impeachment proceedings" is a non-existing concept, a figment of Nadler's and his insane followers' (aka former followers of Mueller) imagination and wishful thinking.

    His committee can recommend or not recommend impeachment on a moment's notice and without any reason whatsoever. Nothing more, nothing less.

    "Formal impeachment proceedings" is Nadler's way of saying that he badly wants to impeach but he has absolutely nothing, zilch, nado, rien, ничего and he is desperately fishing. Good luck, I bet he'll do better than Weissmann :D

    The arguments against the impeachment process are non-existent.

    The process will produce evidence or not, and it will be on going.
